The Voice, Maroon 5, Carrie Underwood, and Pharrell Williams were all honored during The 41st Annual People's Choice Awards 2015.

The Voice beat out fellow nominees America's Got Talent, Dancing with the Stars, Hell's Kitchen, and MasterChef for the Favorite Competition TV Show award.

The Voice's executive producer Mark Burnett, who also produced the People's Choice Awards broadcast, accepted the award from inside the control room. The Voice has been on the air since Spring 2011.

Maroon 5, which is fronted by The Voice mainstay coach Adam Levine, won Favorite Group. The band beat out Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, One Direction, and OneRepublic for the honor. 

Favorite Female Country Artist went to Underwood, who was crowned American Idol's fourth-season champion back in 2005. Underwood defeated Dolly Parton, Faith Hill, Lucy Hale, and Miranda Lambert for the honor.

Williams, who served as a first-time coach on The Voice's most recent seventh season, walked away with the Favorite R&B Artist award. He beat out the following nominees: Chris Brown, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, and Usher.

Seventh-season The Voice mentor Taylor Swift also won numerous People's Choice awards.

Other artists with reality TV ties who were nominated for an award but did not win were The Voice mainstay coach Blake Shelton, former The X Factor group Fifth Harmony, former Rising Star judge Brad Paisley, current American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez, and former Idol judge Nicki Minaj.
