Gwen Stefani was impressed with the custom made Atelier Versace jumpsuit she wore to the Grammy Awards on Sunday, so much so that she called the piece "artwork." "Watching them create this -- they literally sewed this thing by hand and I get to wear it," Stefani said at the event's red carpet. "It's amazing, it's artwork." The 45-year-old singer and "The Voice" coach, who was slated to perform a duet with fellow "The Voice" coach Adam Levine at the award show felt equally as good about her onstage ensamble. "I have more artwork to come for onstage and it's Versace again," she said. "The dress is just off the chart." Stefani and Levine sang an emotional rendition of "My Heart Is Open" a track featured in Maroon 5's 2014 album V. The No Doubt frontwoman is currently working on a new solo album and an album No Doubt.
