The Voice coach Kelly Clarkson has purchased a new house after her divorce from Brandon Blackstock.

The Season 1 American Idol winner, 39, bought a beautiful home in Toluca Lake, CA, for $5.4 million earlier this month, Us Weekly reported.

The property, just under 5,000 square feet, reportedly boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool and tennis court.

Shortly after finding a new place to live, Kelly also sold her previous home in Hendersonville, TN, for $6.3 million.

Kelly's new home is bright white inside with hardwood floors, and her decorating has a modern feel to it with pink furniture and a zebra-striped area rug.

Kelly said during a December 2020 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show that she needed a new change of scenery following her failed marriage "to feel happy," Us reported.

The singer reportedly filed for divorce from Brandon, 44, in June 2020 after nearly seven years of marriage.

The couple welcomed two children -- daughter River Rose, 7, and Remington, 5 -- during their relationship, but a source told the magazine last year Kelly and Brandon "clashed on so many levels."

Kelly and Brandon's dynamic also appeared to turn nasty when Brandon and his father's Narvel Blackstock's company Starstruck Management sued The Voice coach in September 2020.

Starstruck Management reportedly claimed Kelly owed them over $1 million in unpaid commissions, but Kelly argued the company had defrauded her out of millions.

Kelly therefore reportedly filed a countersuit in November 2020.

In court documents obtained by Us in January 2021, Brandon insisted Kelly was lying and the Grammy-Award winner is not entitled to any of the money he, his family and their management company earned while working with the vocalist for 13 years.

In addition to buying a new home, however, Kelly's life as a single mom is blossoming.

The Kelly Clarkson Show will be taking over The Ellen DeGeneres Show's daytime slot in 2022, and Kelly also reportedly revealed in February she has written over 60 songs for future albums amid her divorce.

"I have this record that we're working on. It's really great and really honest," Kelly told Entertainment Tonight, according to Us.

"There's just a lot of questions that I have to answer before releasing it for myself, you know? Whether that be business-wise or personally or whatever. Whatever happens though, it is such a gift."

Kelly added, "I don't know how anybody -- I'll just be real with you -- goes through grief like divorce, any kind of grief, any kind of loss, without having an outlet like this."

The Voice just wrapped its 20th season in May with coach Blake Shelton's artist Cam Anthony, 19, winning the competition.

Cam defeated the season's runner-up -- Kelly's team member Kenzie Wheeler, 22 -- during the season finale.

The Voice will return for Season 21 on NBC this fall, with pop superstar Ariana Grande replacing Nick Jonas on the coaching panel alongside Blake, Kelly and John Legend.
