Teresa Giudice's free-spending ways have apparently hit a recession speed-bump.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband Joe Giudice are facing foreclosure on a half-acre property they own in Lincoln Park, NJ, The Star-Ledger reported Friday.

Contrary to E! News and RadarOnline.com reports, the foreclosure complaint -- which was filed by DLI Mortgage Capital Inc. in New Jersey Superior Court on October 9 -- is not for Giudice's newly-built mansion in Towaco, NJ, according to The Star-Ledger.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey's first season showed Giudice spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on furnishings and decorations for the newly-built 12,000 square-foot home, all of which she had paid for in cash.

According to the complaint, Giudice owes $127,500 on the Lincoln Park property, which she reportedly purchased for $170,000 in 2005.

Giudice could not be reached for comment by E!, while Bravo stated that they "cannot comment on the personal lives of our talent."

Giudice and her husband welcomed their fourth child -- a daughter -- in September.

Bravo renewed The Real Housewives of New Jersey for a second season earlier this month, and it is currently slated to debut sometime next year.
