Heidi Montag has previously stated she's "beyond ready" to appear in Playboy again, and now she's getting the chance.

The 23-year-old -- who appeared on the cover of Playboy's September issue -- added she'll reappear in the men's magazine completely naked "very soon."
Montag underwent 10 plastic-surgery procedures -- a mini brow lift; botox in her forehead and frown area; a nose job revision; fat injections in her cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips; a chin reduction; neck liposuction; ear pinning; a breast augmentation revision; liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs; and buttock augmentation -- on November 20 in a 10-hour procedure.
Although she subsequently admitted she's "obsessed with plastic surgery," she also claims she is "not addicted." In addition, Montag said she's not surprised about the attention her procedures have received.
"I'm not very surprised because I don't think anyone's ever done what I've done and talked about it. All that matters is I'm happy and I feel great. It's who you are on the inside that really matters. It's just a shell at the end of the day," she told RadarOnline.
"This was the best decision in my life. It really was amazing. I feel very blessed."
Montag also reiterated previous claims that she isn't done enhancing her body.
"I do want more. Eventually I'd like to get my breasts redone because I didn't get them the size I wanted because they couldn't fit," she explained to RadarOnline.
