"I HAVE FOUND MY PERSON," Guy, 66, wrote in an April 1 Instagram post, along with a heart emoji.

Guy tagged Johanna in his post, which included a photo of the couple smiling big while posing in front of a red heart-shaped statue at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort & Spa.

Bachelor Nation didn't waste any time congratulating the pair, including The Bachelor franchise host Jesse Palmer, who commented, "So happy for you both!!!"

Fellow The Golden Bachelorette alum Jonathan Rone wrote, "Congratulations brother! Looks like my golden brother struck a heart of gold."

And The Golden Bachelor alum Susan Noles -- who had competed on Gerry Turner's season -- gushed that she was "excited" for the lovebirds.

Guy hard launched his new relationship only one month after The Real Housewives of New York City alum Kelly Bensimon claimed that Guy was texting her and sending her "novellas."

After allegedly texting back and forth and getting to know one another, Kelly said Guy suddenly dropped a bombshell on her that he was dating someone else.

"He was like, 'Oh, by the way, I'm dating someone. Here's her name.' And I was like, 'Wait, I'm sorry, what?'" Kelly revealed during a March episode of the "I Do Part 2" podcast, according to Us Weekly.

Kelly also said Guy had sent her photos of himself and called himself an actor. (Guy guest starred on one episode of General Hospital that aired in March).

On The Golden Bachelorette, which aired in late 2024, Guy said he was "convinced" he was The One for Joan at the end of the process.

But Joan dumped Guy before he could meet her family and then she accepted Chock Chapple's marriage proposal at the Final Rose Ceremony that filmed in Bora Bora.

Guy left the show "devastated" and "heartbroken," and he admitted in November 2024 that Joan had said "some things, even on TV" that made him "question" her final decision.

But the retired ER doctor admitted on After the Final Rose that, although it was hard to relive the season and watch Joan fall in love with another man, he was doing okay and had an open heart for love in the future.

Chock subsequently shared on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast that Guy is "a fantastic" and genuine person who handled The Golden Bachelorette with class.

"He cared for Joan, he really did. He had strong feelings for her, so I feel for him, and I've got to be respectful," Chock explained late last year.

"But also, he's a friend of mine, and [loving the same woman] is a tough thing. You don't see that in the normal world, but we've been able to maintain our friendship and we talk. He's just a good, solid person and I support him 100 percent."

Chock admitted he may not have been as "graceful" had he lost Joan at the end of filming.

"Again, Guy deserves a lot of credit. He is a really solid person," the Kansas-based insurance executive concluded.

Guy later shared in January 2025 how he and Chock had spoken a few times and were still on good terms.

While Guy hadn't spoken to Joan since the finale filmed, Joan only had positive things to say about him.

"I'm not sure Bachelor Nation really knows Guy well... but he is such an amazing human being," told Us earlier this year.

"He is so smart, so caring," she continued, "and he has an emotional intelligence beyond his years. He's just a wonderful guy."

Chock, who participated in the Us interview with Joan, added how Guy would be an excellent candidate to star on Season 2 of The Golden Bachelor, especially because he's a "really good looking" man.

Joan also defended Guy when news broke during The Golden Bachelorette season that a restraining order had been filed (but ultimately dropped) against him.

However, Guy will no longer be considered for The Golden Bachelor since he has a girlfriend now.

As for the other The Golden Bachelorette alums, they may appear on Bachelor in Paradise's tenth season this summer.

Bachelor in Paradise will feature Golden contestants as well as younger The Bachelor and The Bachelorette alums.
