ABC is about to air another The Golden Bachelor episode on Wednesday, November 5 at 9PM ET/PT on ABC.

Viewers just watched Mel receive some closure with his The Golden Bachelor exes, including his third-place finisher Debbie Siebers, during The Women Tell All special.

Debbie thanked Mel for opening her heart up again and making her feel more ready to find The One than ever before.

But Mel admitted of his eliminations throughout the season, "It was heartbreaking and heartwrenching to send them home. They all really touched my heart."

Now, there are only two women left on Mel's journey to find a life partner: Cindy, a 60-year-old retired biomedical engineer from Austin, TX, and Peg, a 62-year-old retired firefighter and bomb tech from Las Vegas, NV.

Both Cindy and Peg are crazy about Mel, but he seemed unsure about both women during hometown dates.

Cindy and Peg's families actually asked Mel for validation and reassurance, but Mel couldn't give it to them.

On the next The Golden Bachelor episode, Mel will hopefully deepen his connection with one of the ladies.

Mel recently teased his overnight Fantasy Suite dates in an interview with Us Weekly.

When asked to describe his off-camera time with Peg and Cindy in only three words, Mel replied, "Contemplative, conversation, information."

He added, "I went in there really wanting to know more, because the cameras are off, no mic, and now I can ask questions you might not want to say while you're miked and on camera."

Following Fantasy Suites, Mel will have to make a difficult decision between Cindy and Peg at the Final Rose Ceremony in Antigua.

And according to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, Mel picked Peg as his winner at the end of his season.

Not only did Peg receive Mel's final golden rose, but she also walked away with an engagement ring!

Carbone reported, "Mel is engaged to Peg," on Instagram last week.

Carbone captioned his post, "(SPOILER) Took me long enough, but finally here's your Golden Bachelor finale spoiler. #spoiler #goldenbachelor #melowens #abctv #bachelornation."

Bachelor Nation seemed to have mixed reactions to the big spoiler.

While many fans voiced how they love Peg because she's kind and so full of energy, others expressed sadness, knowing Cindy probably got crushed at the end of her journey on the show.

"Omg I thought he was gonna go for cindy! Cindy was probably heartbroken at the end! This season is such a dud! Mel is like a brick wall! He does nothing, says nothing, shows nothing! ZERO emotion!" one Instagram user wrote.

Many social media users also predicted that Mel and Peg's relationship is not going to last.

"Oh, I don't think they're going to get married. This engagement will probably last two months," one critic commented.

Another chimed in, "Never gonna last. She's way too spunky and cool for him!"

A third fan of the show wrote, "She loves her career -- her firehouse and her hometown He loves his Calif life and sons They won't connect."

During a recent appearance on the "Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour" podcast, Peg called her overall experience on The Golden Bachelor "amazing."

And Mel recently gushed about how viewers will be pleasantly surprised by The Golden Bachelor finale.

"It's so brilliant... It's so good, you won't believe it," Mel told Us in an interview.

"You won't believe how we get there, not mechanically, but how we get there emotionally," he clarified. "There's some movement and twists and turns."

The magazine -- who interviewed Mel in person -- reported that the 66-year-old attorney and former NFL player's face lit up when talking about the end of The Golden Bachelor.

But Mel admitted trying to figure out who was "going to be the best fit" for him was "tough" during the final days of filming.

"But there's that magnetism that pulls you in that direction no matter what, and it's a little bit more toward one person than the other, so I went with my gut," Mel concluded.
