Alison Sweeney's wish will apparently be granted.

The Biggest Loser host revealed she and her husband David Sanov are preparing for the birth of their first daughter at a Television Critics Association party hosted by NBC on Sunday night.

"We found out that it's a girl and we're really excited about that," Sweeney told OK! Weekly.

The 31-year-old Days of Our Lives actress announced last month that she and Sanov were expecting their second child together.

"I have moments of pretty extreme morning sickness, which has not been my friend, but I get through it and I'm happy to hopefully be past it," she told OK!.  "I haven't had cravings yet so much as aversions. Three-and-a-half months so far, all I want is like a bowl of cereal!"

Sweeney had previously expressed a desire to have a girl because she'd "love" the experience since she and Sanov already have a son -- 3-year-old Benjamin.

"I've shown [Benjamin] pictures of the ultrasound of the baby," Sweeney told OK!, adding she and Sanov still haven't chosen a name.

"It's a battle we're waging. It's going to be a long time before we figure that out."

Sweeney is currently filming The Biggest Loser: Families -- the reality weight-loss series sixth season -- and to stay in shape she's taking a spin class with trainer Bob Harper.

She first revealed to Harper, fellow trainer Jillian Michaels and The Biggest Loser: Families' cast that she was pregnant when filming commenced last month.

"[Bob and Jillian] have had lots to say about my workouts. They've taught me well. They were very cautious and concerned for me. They were very cute," she told OK!.  "The biggest issues are you have to make sure your heart rate doesn't spike a lot and your body temperature doesn't heat up."

Sweeney is due to give birth to her second child on January 20.
