Tayshia, 30, took to Instagram on Saturday with a note to fans about what's been on her mind.

"Have something on my heart I wanted to share. It's a little long but bear with me," Tayshia began in her post.

"I woke up this morning feeling extra grateful. Grateful for my past as it has led me to the now. Grateful for the opportunities that have come into my life over the past several months, allowing endless possibilities."

Tayshia added, "Most of all, I am grateful that I have had the chance to show my true authentic self, and share my heart, with all of you as you've watched my journey unfold."

But The Bachelorette star confessed her journey to find love on the show wasn't easy.

"I'll have to be the first one to admit that this whole reality tv thing isn't easy," Tayshia continued in her lengthy post.

"Being only human, sometimes all of this is taxing. The last couple weeks have been a rollercoaster to say the least! Watching the last few episodes, I've been reliving so much of what made this experience challenging."

After eliminating Ben Smith from the running for her heart after Final 4 "hometown" dates, Tayshia now has Brendan Morais, Ivan Hall and Zac Clark going into the Fantasy Suite-portion of the process.

"It's like I've been going through elements of it all a second time around. That being said, at times the ranging emotions have taken a toll on me and other times brought me so much hope, cheer and joy, all in real time," Tayshia shared.

"But I genuinely gave it my all during the whole experience and will take something away from each of the men I had the opportunity to meet and connect with."

Tayshia went on to thank her fans and The Bachelorette viewers for their support.

"Thank you to all of you for being a part of this journey with me. I appreciate more than you know the immense amount of positive love and support I've received since the beginning, it has not gone unnoticed!" Tayshia gushed.

"It's crazy to think the end is near, but I am excited for you to see where my heart leads me. While bittersweet, I know this is just the end of one chapter, and I can't wait to see where life takes me next."

Tayshia concluded her post with, "Let's fricken gooooooo," adding, "Signing off with love, your bachelorette xo."

The Bachelorette host Chris Harrison recently teased the ending of Tayshia's season, saying it's going to be "incredibly emotional."

"She has unbelievably strong feelings. She is falling in love. But is that going to be reciprocated fully?" Chris told Entertainment Tonight, suggesting Tayshia may have gotten her heart broken.

When asked if there's a proposal gone wrong, Chris replied, "I will just say this: it is incredibly emotional."

"When you see her brokenhearted and you see her at that level, it's just different. It really does hit you in a different way," Chris revealed.

Although Tayshia ousted Ben in fourth place, a The Bachelorette preview that aired last week showed Ben sitting down with Tayshia and expressing his love for her, so it appears Ben is going to return at some point either hoping for closure or to beg Tayshia for a second chance.

Previews have also shown Tayshia breaking down into tears on more than one occasion, including at the Final Rose Ceremony.

Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone reported in late September he had heard the conclusion of Tayshia's time on The Bachelorette was surprising and unexpected.

"I do not think we had a normal ending with Tayshia's season," Carbone wrote in his blog.

When Variety asked ABC executive Robert Mills in a recent interview to tease Tayshia's time on the show, he said, "It's just as emotional as [Clare Crawley]'s, but in a totally different way."

"Tayshia really allowed herself to fall in love with multiple guys. It's always such a roller coaster," Rob shared.

"At the end, there are a lot of heartbreaking, devastating moments. There's not really a villain. It's more like, 'I want her to end up with him. Wait no, I want her to be with this guy!'"

Tayshia confirmed she had fallen for "way more" guys than she thought she would in a November interview with ET.

When asked how many times she said "I love you" on her season, Tayshia replied, "I say it multiple times."

But Tayshia dodged questions on whether she had professed her love to more than one guy.

"I didn't know it was possible to fall in love with multiple people, but when you just really lean into the journey and really be vulnerable, you never know what can happen. And it happened to me," Tayshia shared at the time.

Tayshia also revealed last month she's "happy" after filming the show with an open heart and is "possibly" engaged and in love right now.

During a December 9 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Tayshia participated in a game in which she was asked to reveal which bachelor is "future husband material."

Tayshia hesitated and answered, "I mean all of them," before blurting out, "But probably Zac."

Ellen DeGeneres therefore joked with The Bachelorette star, "So, you end up with Zac?"

Tayshia -- who also revealed during the game Zac, Ben, Blake and Brendan were the best kissers on her season -- laughed off the question.

"You had multiple answers for best kisser but you only had one answer for future husband material," Ellen teased Tayshia.

"So, yeah. If you did pick someone else [in the end], you are really in trouble when this airs."

Although Tayshia posted a photo of herself wearing a diamond ring recently on Instagram and sparked speculation she's engaged, Tayshia reportedly told her cast of bachelors while filming Season 16 she didn't want to get engaged at the end of her journey.

Tayshia felt the need to tell her suitors she wouldn't be ready for a marriage proposal by The Bachelorette finale, according to Us Weekly.

"I told them, 'I don't think I'm gonna get engaged at the end of this, I think I might just leave with a boyfriend or whatever,' and they [understood] and said, 'We're not gonna pressure you to do anything,'" Tayshia reportedly said on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast.

"You do what your heart wants, so I didn't ever really feel that pressure of, 'Oh my God, I need to find a husband right now.' So I just kind of lived my journey how I wanted to."
