The Bachelorette's Season 14 finale is right around the corner, as The Men Tell All special airs next week and the finale will air a week later, and Becca is opening up about what it was like to reject one man and get engaged to another all in the same day.

"It was the hardest day, and the thing I was most afraid to ever do was to hurt someone because I know what a breakup feels like, and I never wanted to do that to anyone else," Becca Kufrin, 28, told HollywoodLife at The Men Tell All taping.

As fans recall, The Bachelor's latest star, Arie Luyendyk Jr., chose Becca at the end of his journey to find love and proposed marriage.

However, he dumped her only weeks later during what was supposed to be a secretive "happy couple" visit so he could hopefully win back and reunite with his season's runner-up, Lauren Burnham.

Arie and Lauren are now engaged, living together in Arizona, and planning a wedding in Hawaii.

Becca had a difficult time understanding how Arie could have made such a mistake and been so torn between two very different women, but her experience on The Bachelorette has apparently opened her eyes.

After all, the Minnesota publicist admitted on the show she fell in love with both of her Final 2 bachelors.

"It was so hard," Becca said of the final Rose Ceremony, "but I just had to follow my heart and do what I felt was right and choose the very best relationship [for me]."

Becca was able to see a future with both Blake and Garrett.

Becca said she had the most stable and secure relationship with Blake given they had a physical, mental and emotional connection, but Becca was smitten with Garrett, his smile and fun personality ever since meeting him and giving him the First Impression Rose.

Although Becca had an extremely hard time dumping one of the men she was in love with, she told HollywoodLife that she has no regrets about starring on The Bachelorette to begin with.

"It was so worthwhile," Becca gushed about her televised journey to find her current fiance.

"It was one of the hardest, but most rewarding things I've ever done."

Becca added, "I fell in love and that's all I could hope for at the end of this."

After The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All special airs on July 30, the show's finale will air Monday, August 6 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
