The Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman has revealed she just couldn't bare to watch Monday night's ABC broadcast of her one-on-one date with bachelor suitor Eric Hill, who died in a paragliding accident after filming the reality show earlier this spring.

"I remember that first date so vividly, and to be honest, I cannot bring myself to watch it back," Andi wrote in her People blog. "I am really happy, though, that you get to watch and see the Eric that we were blessed to have met."

Eric, a 32-year-old adventurer and extreme-sports enthusiast from Citrus Heights, CA, was killed in an April 23 paragliding accident in Utah. He was living in Salt Lake City, UT at the time.

According to authorities, his parachute collapsed in some turbulent winds, causing him to crash into a mountainside.

Eric was taken to a hospital in critical condition via helicopter after the accident and was in a coma leading up to his passing.

Andi's one-on-one with Eric was the first date of her season of The Bachelorette.

After picking him up at the bachelors' Malibu, CA mansion and beginning their date with a drive to nearby Ventura Beach where they enjoyed the ocean and made a sandcastle together, Andi had surprised Eric with a helicopter ride to Bear Mountain.

Once there, they snowboarded and received some personal instruction from Olympic snowboarder -- and former Dancing with the Stars contestant -- Louie Vito. That evening, the pair had closed their date with dinner and impressed Andi with tales of his global travels.

In the end, Andi gave Eric the date's rose without hesitation and Eric also had also left impressed.

"Eric is very, very interesting.  He's smart, he's hot -- not only hot, he's gorgeous. Those piercing blue eyes?  Come on. He's well traveled, he's down to Earth... like he is a total package, he really is," Andi gushed.

"This has to be the best date I've ever been on.  I don't want to throw out the L-word yet, but you know, it's a crazy thought this could be the first date with my future wife," Eric said.
