The Bachelorette alum Kaitlyn Bristowe has revealed that she's considering moving out of Nashville after having "two failed engagements" in the same city.

During a recent Q&A session via Instagram Stories, a fan asked Kaitlyn, 38, if she plans to stay in Tennessee, now that she's a single woman again.

"Do you think you will keep your home in Nashville or ever relocate???" the Instagram user asked.

Kaitlyn responded, "Two failed engagements in one home feels like I need new energy maybe? LOL."

When Kaitlyn starred on The Bachelorette's eleventh season in 2015, she got engaged to her winner, Shawn Booth. She began podcasting in Nashville, where Shawn opened up a gym. The pair, however, announced their split after three years together in November 2018.

And then Kaitlyn began dating Jason Tartick from The Bachelorette's fourteenth season in January 2019.

Kaitlyn and the former banker's relationship moved quickly. Jason relocated from his place in Seattle, WA, to live with Kaitlyn in Nashville in June 2019, and then the "Trading Secrets" podcast host popped the question in May 2021.

Kaitlyn and Jason, however, never followed through with planning a wedding after their engagement, which raised eyebrows and eventually prompted breakup speculation.

While Kaitlyn and Jason split rumors were circulating, Shawn revealed on his podcast that he's going to be a dad with a woman named Audrey "Dre" Joseph, who had taken professional and promotional photos of him and is a member at his gym.

Kaitlyn and Jason then confirmed they had called it quits on their relationship, after four years together, on August 6.

During a late August episode of his "In the Booth" podcast, Shawn said of Kaitlyn's second broken engagement, "Hopefully, she figures out what she wants and can get to a place where she's happy."

Shawn continued, "I know it's obviously very tough to go through a breakup, and then putting it out there for the world to see -- that adds a whole other layer. So, yeah, I feel for her for that."

Since going public with their breakup news, Kaitlyn and Jason have been trying to heal and cope with the loss of each other, all while navigating the media and being public figures.

Jason recently said he went through "tidal waves of depression" and a "flood of emotions" while trying to move on from Kaitlyn, and he just shared on his podcast that he's cried more in the last month or two than he has in his entire life.

Kaitlyn, for her part, revealed on her "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast that she and Jason had failed to prioritize their relationship and weren't "choosing" each other on a daily basis.

Kaitlyn insisted no one was at fault or was to blame for the demise of her and Jason's relationship, but she did point out that social media "played a part" in their breakup.

"[It was] not like cheating or anything, but just pressures or feeling like we're putting on a performative show," Kaitlyn explained on her podcast earlier this summer.

That probably helps to explain why Kaitlyn decided to take a week-long hiatus from social media after her breakup with Jason made headlines. After all, Kaitlyn recently said her mental health "hit rock bottom" after things with Jason didn't work out.

The former The Bachelorette star has cried on her podcast about her split from Jason, but she has assured fans that she has nothing but respect for Jason and their romance ended amicably. They also continue to co-parent the two dogs they had adopted together during better times.

But Kaitlyn's engagement to Shawn ended quite differently.

When Kaitlyn announced her split from Shawn, she claimed they had "important fundamental values" that didn't line up.

Kaitlyn said in March 2019 how she "wasn't feeling loved" and felt "alone" in her relationship with Shawn for over a year.

Kaitlyn even confessed to having put on an "act" for her social-media followers before the breakup, and she and Shawn didn't speak for years.

Back in November 2021, Shawn said of his relationship with Kaitlyn on the "Austin AF" podcast, "I don't know if it was true, true love. I guess it wasn't because we'd still be together if it was."

Shawn explained at the time, "Of course, you're thinking it's love. But you're put in a situation where you're completely secluded from the world. You can't talk to your friends, you can't talk to your family," according to Us Weekly.

"You can't watch TV. You don't have the Internet. I mean, you're there for 12 weeks, you're trying to, like, just figure out your emotions and your feelings. And you have this person that you're kind of going through the process with."

In December 2021, Kaitlyn called Shawn's comments "bitter" and "a little sad."

Kaitlyn revealed in April 2023 that she believes Shawn had used her for professional gain towards the end of their relationship.

During the April 3 episode of her the "Trading Secrets" podcast, Kaitlyn accused Shawn of dragging out their romance after the show in order to benefit from her income and success.

"It was getting down to the end where we both just didn't see it going anywhere," Kaitlyn recalled of her breakup with Shawn. "But it felt like he was hanging on until his gym opened. And that's where I felt used professionally."
