"Tis the season for Mr. Right Reasons," ABC teases for the show's new tagline.

And in the promo clip, Zach, looking handsome and dapper in a few outfit changes -- a white button-down shirt and black suit jacket, an ivory crewneck sweater and blue jeans, and a green T-shirt with khaki pants -- smells a rose and asks the cameras, "I'm ready. Are you?"

Based on a trailer of the new season that was released by ABC during Bachelor in Paradise's Season 8 reunion on November 22, The Bachelor's 27th edition is going to be dramatic and emotional.

After the trailer shows a hilarious clip of former The Bachelor star Sean Lowe scrubbing Zach's abs in the shower, one bachelorette gushes, "Zach is the most genuine, emotionally intelligent, sweet soul. All of us want a guy like that."

Another bachelorette shares, "Zach is so serious about being a husband and a father. He knows what he wants."

One woman calls Zach "a man," separating him from the boys, and a beautiful blonde calls herself "the luckiest girl in the world" to be kissing The Bachelor star.

The Bachelor's 27th season will have a football date and its fair share of hot tubs.

"I'm looking for my best friend," Zach tells the cameras, "someone I can spend the rest of my life with."

"I want my forever person," he adds, "I want my partner. That's why I'm here." Zach calls the experience "a dream" and gushes about how he's "pretty damn happy" -- until the tears start rolling and jealousy amongst the women ensues.

One woman breaks down into tears with Zach, and former The Bachelor bachelorette Tahzjuan Hawkins apparently returns for another shot at love.

"We don't need another girl here," one bachelorette complains.

Zach then admits he feels like "a failure," like he had let himself and his cast of bachelorettes down.

After letting go of one woman, Zach cries, "I saw something with her."

The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer told Us Weekly last month that Zach's season was the "most emotional show" he's ever been a part of.

"It's really all about the love story and romance and a little bit less about the drama, I think," Jesse told the magazine.

"The women are really into Zach. Zach's so emotionally mature and he's a guy that's not afraid to wear his emotion on his sleeve. He's very, very intentional. This is easily the most emotional show that I've hosted in the franchise."

Zach's season began filming in late September, and Jesse teased how Zach's bachelorettes seemed extremely invested in the process.

"It's gonna be emotionally charged," Jesse teased of the show's early 2023 season.

"But it's because everybody really wants this. It's a [totally] different vibe than I've [ever] had hosting any of the other shows."

Jesse said he's "10,000 percent" sure the 26-year-old tech executive from Anaheim Hills, CA, will have a happy ending.

ABC has yet to unveil Zach's official cast of bachelorettes, although the network had released 32 potential cast members in September.

Zach told BachelorNation.com at the time how he hoped to find a "really compassionate" woman who's "kind to everyone."

"I think a lot of people can be really self-involved. So how you treat people on a day-to-day basis is really important to me," Zach said. "I just want someone who is a really kind, compassionate person."

He also said that going into filming, he was "most nervous" about meeting a woman who was on the show for the wrong reasons.

"I'm most nervous about the fact that there could be people that are on this journey and a part of this experience that don't take it seriously and don't want to actually find love," Zach shared. "I want to find someone who truly wants a future with me, so that's what scares me the most."

Zach fell hard and fast for Rachel Recchia on The Bachelorette's nineteenth season.

He said he had pictured the flight instructor as "the future Mrs. Shallcross" and gushed to the cameras about how he was madly in love with her.

But Zach was thrown for a loop in his Fantasy Suite with Rachel, who allegedly became guarded and skeptical of whether Zach was ready to get engaged given his age. (He was 25 at the time he taped The Bachelorette, but Rachel is only four months older).

Zach said Rachel's concern "came out of nowhere" and "was bullsh-t."

Feeling shocked and brokenhearted, Zach said his relationship with Rachel had done "a 180" and she was "inauthentic" and totally unlike herself in the Fantasy Suite.

Once Zach confronted Rachel about their awkward date and how it was clear he wasn't going to be her person, he self-eliminated at the Final 3 Rose Ceremony. He essentially beat Rachel to the punch before she could deny him a rose.

"One of the things I fell in love with was she made me feel, like, special. And I cared for her and I question if any of that was real or if that was just an act," Zach lamented in a confessional.

Zach apologized to Rachel on The Bachelorette finale for letting her feel like he had questioned her character.

Zach claimed that was never his intent, and Rachel also apologized for dragging Zach through an overnight date when clarity struck her only hours into it.

On The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose, Zach said he was "absolutely" prepared to give love another shot after Rachel crushed his heart.

Zach told Jesse that he spent time with his family after The Bachelorette, regrouped and centered himself.

"I really needed to take some time away and reflect and heal that broken heart, but really, what I learned from that experience was that I didn't change how ready I was," Zach explained.

"I am now more ready. That was almost fuel to the fire. I am ready to find my person and my best friend, and that breakup didn't deter it... I really want to walk away from this with someone for the rest of my life."
