The Bachelor star Peter Weber is standing by his comment that he was in love with three women during his Fantasy Suite week in Australia, adding that he's not ashamed of it.

During Peter's Fantasy Suite week in Gold Coast, Australia, with Madison Prewett, Hannah Ann Sluss, and Victoria Fuller, he told the cameras, "I am in love with three women right now."

When Entertainment Tonight asked if he was really "in love" with three women on the show, Peter replied, "If I wasn't feeling it, I wouldn't have said it."

"I've always been a firm believer that the heart wants what it wants," Peter told ET, "and I think this experience for sure has shown me there's not just one soul mate out there."

Peter confessed on The Bachelor's 24th season he was totally "torn three ways" between Hannah Ann, Victoria and Madison and had "no idea" how he was going to handle the situation or proceed.

"I think at some point in my life, I used to think that [you can only have one soul mate], and yeah, I've definitely been able to give my heart to more than one person," Peter shared, adding that it's definitely "possible" to love more than one person at a time.

Peter, however, has received some criticism for being indecisive and supposedly being in love with three bachelorettes.

"I don't know why," Peter admitted on the topic.

However, Peter told E! News in early February he only actually said, "I love you," to one woman on his season.

As shown on Monday night's episode of The Bachelor, Peter gushed about his feelings at every opportunity, both to the women and to cameras.

"She's making my heart come out of my chest, and if this is what love is, then this is true love -- because I'm feeling it," Peter shared in a confessional during his date with Hannah Ann.

"I don't ever want to come down from this, and hopefully I'll never have to."

Peter later said of the Tennessee model, "I see exactly what I have in front of me. I have the most perfect woman that I've honestly always dreamt of. Truly, the sky is the limit for us."

But Peter could also see a future with Victoria.

"I want you to truly feel like you deserve all the love in the world and it's not something that's going to scare you or freak you out... I want you to accept that. Our relationship is so amazing to me," Peter told Victoria during the dinner portion of their date

"I don't just want something that's going to be so easy all the time and monotone and not challenging."

The morning after they spent a night together, Peter said he had nothing but confidence in his romance with Victoria and noted things felt "so right, so easy, and honestly, perfect."

But Peter also had heartstrings tied to Madison, who revealed to The Bachelor star she's saving herself for marriage during their Fantasy Suite date.

"I am in love with Madison, no doubt about that," Peter said in a confessional.

However, Madison was devastated to learn Peter had slept with one or both of his other Final 3 women during Fantasy Suites.

Given Madison had warned Peter before their week in Australia began that it would be "really hard" for her to continue in the process if he chose to be intimate with another woman, she threatened to quit the show.

"Don't walk away. Don't. I know I'm not perfect, not even close. If you can honestly see you and me together forever, do not walk away. Please don't," Peter begged Madison.

"I know that I hurt you and I'm sorry for that," he added, "but please don't walk away from this. What do you need to do?"

"I don't know," Madison replied.

Monday night's The Bachelor episode ended on a cliffhanger, with Madison walked away from Peter and leaving him alone on at their Fantasy Suite.
