The Bachelor star Chris Soules has hinted he might be ready to live in two different states to make things work with his final bachelorette standing.

"I have a business with my mom and dad so I have flexibility," the 33-year-old farmer from Arlington, IA, told E! News. "There is a workable scenario where I can basically live in two places."

Now that Soules has finished filming his season and knows what the women's intentions were, the Bachelor admitted he "definitely" had a difficult time figuring out which ladies could truthfully see themselves living on a farm.

"The amount of people that are really interested in moving -- willing to move to a small town in Iowa, which is very much smaller than normal -- was in itself a challenge. And sorting through that throughout the journey was challenging. And I definitely feel like there were some women who probably weren't really, truly, willing," Soules explained.

"I mean, maybe they said they'd be willing to, but probably, in their heart of hearts, wouldn't have been happy even though, maybe, they said they were willing to."

Soules said it was quite the process to figure out over time whom each individual bachelorette was and whether she'd fit into his life.

"And part of my life is Iowa -- or if I'd be willing to compromise for them. So all of it is just part of the process of falling in love and knowing if it's the person that you're meant to be with for the rest of your life," Soules told E! News.

"And that in itself is the chemistry and whether or not you feel like they would truly be willing to live in Iowa or if I'm willing to compromise and move and whatever. So, yeah, it added an additional challenge for me in this process."

Regardless of where the happy couple will reside, Soules confirmed he's "actually in love with no qualifiers." However, he declined to reveal whether he could see himself getting married in the next year.

In addition, Soules offered viewers a little fun fact: Sense of humor is the most important quality he looks for in a girl.
