The Bachelor alum Whitney Bischoff is now a mother to a baby boy, as she has given birth to her first child with husband Ricky Angel.

Whitney, however, waited until Monday to share the big news of her newborn's arrival.
"Happy birthday to Hayes Singleton Angel -- the sweetest baby boy," Whitney, 33, captioned a black-and-white video on Instagram of Ricky carrying a small cake over to the baby.
"He definitely has his mom's Kentucky blood making his debut on Derby Day and his dad's great hair and mild temperament (for now). This Angel was truly heaven sent coming on the anniversary of my mom's passing -- no doubt he was hand delivered @rickyrange16."
Whitney, who competed on Chris Soules' edition of The Bachelor, announced she and Ricky were expecting Baby No. 1 in February after fourth months of inactivity on Instagram.
At the time, Whitney had shared a family photo -- which included their dog -- in which her baby bump was on full display.
"Sorry I've been MIA, I've been busy growing a little angel for the past 7 months," Whitney wrote alongside the photo.
"We are so excited to welcome our little man in May. As you can tell, Lillie can't wait to be a big sis!"
Whitney won Chris' heart on Season 19 of The Bachelor, which aired in 2015. While she and Chris got engaged during the March season finale that year, they split two months after the finale aired.

Whitney and Ricky met each other in September 2015 after getting acquainted on the dating website Bumble.

"As soon as I met Ricky, I knew," Whitney previously told People of her now husband, who popped the question in July 2016.
Whitney and Ricky got married in October 2017 after two years of dating at the Wequassett Resort and Golf Club in Cape Cod, MA.
"This one time, on 9/24/15, I went on a bumble date and met a really cute guy," Whitney wrote on Instagram in September 2017.
"He actually looked just like his pics!! He made me laugh. And he made me feel like I could be myself. He didn't care about my past. We were just two kids living in the moment."
