"IM BACK! And finally feeling back to myself!!" Raven captioned a modeling photo of herself on Instagram.

"Have you ever been so tired and so drained that it's all you can do to keep from just falling apart? But the show must go on."

Raven had apparently been misdiagnosed with a chronic illness last year after complaining of constant pain.

"I shared on my IG story over a week ago that I had a surgery & had been misdiagnosed with a chronic illness," Raven continued in her Instagram post.

"Well I'm feeling SO MUCH BETTER. 3 years of pain finally gone. And I can now function throughout my day without any pain! 2019 was a rough year for me, emotionally and physically. I kept a lot in, I rose above, and felt like I kept getting kicked while I was down."

"But 2020, whew, I wasn't expecting the goodness & the grace I've gotten even in this first month," she added.

Now that Raven is recovering, she's apparently hoping for a fresh start and healthy year.

"So, with all that said -- KEEP the HOPE things will get better. I love you guys & I'm here for you, like you have been for me," Raven wrote.

"Oh yeah, AND LET THE WEDDING PLANNING BEGIN," Raven concluded.

Fans congratulated Raven on overcoming her health crisis and comments poured in, but Raven declined elaborating on what her real diagnosis turned out to be.

"I don't want to share just yet until I'm completely out of the clear but the misdiagnoses was just due to the symptoms being very similar," Raven replied to a fan asking for more details on her condition.

Raven is engaged to and planning a wedding with Adam Gottschalk, whom she met and fell in love with on Bachelor in Paradise's fourth season in Summer 2017. Raven accepted Adam's marriage proposal in May 2019.

Prior to appearing on Bachelor in Paradise, Raven competed to win Nick Viall's heart on The Bachelor's 21st season and finished as the runner-up.

Nick popped the question to winner Vanessa Grimaldi on The Bachelor's March 2017 finale, but they split five months later.
