Kaylynn and Haley avoided elimination once again when they arrived at the sixth Pit Stop at Neukolln in Berlin, Germany, and met The Amazing Race host Phil Keoghan in seventh -- and last -- place.

"They say it's fashionable to arrive late, but this is really getting ridiculous. Your luck might have run out," Phil told the girls, who also previously escaped elimination despite a last-place finish at the fourth Pit Stop in Paraguay.

The girls agreed that was probably the case, but then Phil noted, "But it hasn't. This is a non-elimination leg, and you are still in the Race."

The Amazing Race broadcast began with "Pro Volleyball Players" Riley McKibbin and Maddison McKibbin departing the fifth Pit Stop at the Pont Des Arts bridge in Paris in first place at 12:25AM.

Riley and Maddison learned they must travel by train more than 500 miles to the capital city of Germany, Berlin, which is home to Europe's largest train station.

Teams would find their first clue for the leg at the East Side Gallery, which is part of the Berlin Wall, in a symbolic suitcase.

"Married Parents" Chee Lee and Hung Nguyen departed in second place at 12:47AM, and they were followed by "Dating Couple" Leo Brown and Alana Folsom at 12:58AM and then "Dating Couple" Will Jardell and James Wallington in fourth place at 1:21AM.

On Will and James' heels were "Former NFL Stars" DeAngelo Williams and Gary Barnidge at 2:15AM, and behind them were "Siblings" Eswar Dhinakaran and Aparna in sixth place at 2:25AM.

Kaylynn and Haley were the last team to depart at 5:15AM.

"We don't know how we haven't been eliminated yet. We've just dodged all these bullets," Haley said, before Kaylynn added that they've always depended on each other and landed on their two feet.

All of the teams hopped on the same train to Berlin, and multiple teams ripped open their  next clue at the same time.

The teams were instructed to drive themselves around in a Trabant, or a German car, and proceed to Teledisko where they'd find their next clue.

There were many instructions to read in order to figure out how to drive the car, and this was a bit of a bad flashback for Will and James given they had previously struggled to drive a stick shift.

Riley and Maddison predicted Kaylynn and Haley wouldn't be able to figure out how to drive the car, but Haley was able to get the ball rolling.

Once at Teledisko, the Racers had to enter a booth that served as a mini three-minute disco and listen and dance to music.

Gary and DeAngelo led the pack and received their next clue in first place, and they were quickly followed by Riley and Maddison and Hung and Chee.

The teams were then instructed teams to drive to Andel's Hotel and park out front, where a "Yield" would be waiting for the teams.

Will and James' car apparently stopped working after they danced at the disco because the clutch was broken, so the guys decided to run to their next destination since it wasn't far away.

Gary and DeAngelo arrived at the "Yield" in first place. After choosing not to slow down another team, it became time for a Roadblock.

The Roadblock required one member of each team to do a face-forward rappel from the top of the 180-foot hotel. But as the Racers walked down the building, they'd have to unscramble letters to solve a word puzzle.

If the Racers could correctly answer a question once on the ground, they would earn their next clue.

DeAngelo took on the task, and he was later joined by Maddison, Hung, Will, Aparna, Leo and Haley.

Hung was terrified when doing the Roadblock although she thought she'd handle it better than her husband, and most of the Racers didn't spot the letters on their way down.

However, Hung managed to see and unscramble the letters on her first attempt, and so she and Chee jumped into first place and learned they must complete one of two Detour tasks next: "Belt It Out" or "Belch It Out."

"Belt It Out" required teams to perform an old German classic, "I Wish I Were a Chicken," and sell the performance in order to receive their next clue.

In "Belch It Out," teams learned a series of beer yoga poses and had to teach them to a class in order to receive their next clue.

Hung and Chee chose to do "Belch It Out," but first, Hung told DeAngelo the word was "sauerkraut" so he and Gary could advance in second place. DeAngelo also told Maddison the answer, and then Maddison informed his ally Will of the answer.

DeAngelo and Gary, however, secured the first -- and seemingly only -- taxi outside of the hotel instead giving it to Hung and Chee, so Hung was disappointed and annoyed.

Although Leo and Alana had a chance to "Yield" Kaylynn and Haley when they arrived, the pair chose not to since the girls had helped them out in the Amazon.

Leo and Alana finished the Roadblock in fifth place, and they were then followed by Eswar and Aparna and then Kaylynn and Haley.

For the Detour, Gary and DeAngelo chose to do yoga poses, and so did Riley and Maddison.

Will and James chose to try "Belt It Out," and Leo and Alana also opted to sing.

Eswar and Aparna selected "Belt It Out" and finished the Detour in fifth place, and Leo and Alana left the Detour in sixth place. Once Kaylynn and Haley finished the singing Detour, they left the challenge in last place.

Teams were then told to head to the Pit Stop at Neukolln.

Gary and DeAngelo finished the leg in first place, and Phil told the pair they had won $7,500 each.

Meanwhile, Kaylynn and Haley were still at the Roadblock because Haley couldn't unscramble the words.

Leo could have helped Haley when he was still at the task but he ultimately chose not to, and Haley cried because she felt so defeated.

Haley finally took it upon herself to run into the hotel and ask strangers to help her unscramble the letters she could remember. One woman immediately came up with "sauerkraut" and she was correct!

Riley and Maddison stepped on the Pit Stop mat in second place, and Hung and Chee placed third. Will and James weren't far behind them in fourth place.

Eswar and Aparna completed the leg in fifth place, and Leo and Alana met Phil on the mat in sixth place.

After discovering they had lucked out with another non-elimination leg, the "Sisters" team was confident they could come back stronger than ever and eventually win the season.
