Teresa Giudice got another temporary reprieve from jail after her sentencing for pleading guilty to fraud was delayed about a week.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star and her husband, Joe Giudice, were set to have a sentencing hearing Sept. 23, but it was moved to Oct. 2. They were originally supposed to be sentenced July 8.

The Giudices pleaded guilty to fraud in March " Teresa to four counts, Joe to five " for using fake pay stubs, tax returns and W-2 forms to inflate their income and obtain nearly $5 million in mortgages and other loans.

Under their plea deals, Teresa could face up to two years in prison, while Joe faces at least three years. Teresa's lawyer is pushing for the reality star to receive probation.
