"I got voted out, but that's probably because I'm a threat. I think that they are obsessed with me, first of all, and these hoochies are lucky that they got me out when they did," Sai said in her final words.
"If they let me get any further in this game, they would've been out of the game as soon as I got the chance."
Cedrek McFadden, a 46-year-old surgeon from Columbia, SC, who currently resides in Greenville, SC, was then voted out at the second Tribal Council session on Night 14 of the game.
Cedrek was ousted in a 5-1 vote instead of Shauhin Davari, a 38-year-old debate professor from East Bay, CA, who currently resides in Costa Mesa, CA.
"I got another experience with Survivor. I got my torch snuffed by Jeff Probst, which was surprising," Cedrek told the Survivor cameras in his final words.
"I had more game in me to play, but being the first jury member, that's going to mean I have some say in who actually gets the ultimate prize. It's still a great responsibility and it's one I'm probably going to give a lot of thought to over the next few days."
The Survivor broadcast began with Mitch, a 34-year-old P.E. coach from Waco, TX, worrying about his position in the game after his close ally, Charity Nelms, was blindsided at Tribal Council on Night 13.
Mitch had thought the vote was going to be 12-1 for Sai to go home, and so he said it hurt to be left out of the vote. Mitch was no longer sure whom he could trust or where he stood with the people he'd been working with.
Kyle Fraser, a 31-year-old attorney from Roanoke, VA, who currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, for example had lied to Mitch.
Sai, for her part, wasn't shocked to see that her name had been written down.

"These people are absolutely obsessed with me," Sai boasted. "Mitch told me that he was trying to advocate for me, but he voted for me twice, so I didn't really believe him. So moving forward, I'd like to see Mitch go."
But Cedrek was definitely surprised to have received one vote, and he suspected that Sai was the culprit.
"I did it just because he voted for me twice," Sai confirmed in a Survivor confessional.
"I purposely wrote it in cursive so that nobody would know my handwriting. He is literally panicking over one vote, and I needed him to feel a little bit of the heat of what it's like to have your name written down, especially by someone you trusted."
On Day 14 of the game, Mitch called his blindside "a rude awakening," but he decided to move forward by trying to bond with Shauhin and Joe Hunter, a 45-year-old fire captain from Vacaville, CA, who currently resides in West Sacramento, CA.
Joe said Mitch seemed like a wonderful person but they were getting pretty deep in the game.
"Mitch is super talented and he's a competitor, and I watch him," Joe told the Survivor cameras.
"Keeping him around, he could win this thing easily. That's a guy, because of his social game and his story... and his ability to perform well in these challenges, who wouldn't vote for him?"

Shauhin shared with the Survivor cameras how, in another universe, he and Sai probably would've worked together. He explained how Sai was strategic, smart and came to play hard -- but at the end of the day, she was "a lot of danger" and some people seemed to dislike her.
Shauhin felt like all of the castaways needed him to make a big move and so he was in control of his tribe.
"If I can maintain that control, I will win this game," Shauhin boasted in a Survivor confessional.
The merged Niu Nai tribe then met Survivor host Jeff Probst for the next Individual Immunity Challenge on Day 14.
For the challenge, each castaway was required to hold onto a handle connected to a bucket containing 25 percent of his or her pre-game body weight. As their hands started to fatigue, the bucket would lower. Once a bucket dropped and smashed a tile, that person would be out of the challenge.
But there was a twist. Jeff randomly divided the castaways into two groups of six players.
"The person who lasts the longest for each group will earn Immunity, so two people will be safe tonight, and that matters because both groups are going to Tribal Council. Both groups will be voting somebody out," Jeff announced.
"The person who lasts the longest out of everybody earns Reward for their group... and you earn the right to go to Tribal Council second, and that matters because the person voted out at the first Tribal Council won't make the jury. You won't even have a say in who wins this game."
The castaways were playing for Reward in the form of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with chips.
The first team was comprised of Joe; Mitch; Sai; Chrissy Sarnowsky, a 55-year-old fire lieutenant from Chicago, IL; Eva Erickson, a 24-year-old PhD candidate from Eagan, MN, who currently resides in Providence, RI; and Star Toomey, a 28-year-old sales expert from Monrovia, Liberia, who currently resides in Augusta, GA.
The other team featured Cedrek; Kyle; Shauhin; David Kinne, a 39-year-old stunt performer from Long Beach, CA, who currently resides in Buena Park, CA; Kamilla Karthigesu, a 31-year-old software engineer from Toronto, Canada, who currently resides in Foster City, CA; and Mary Zheng, a 31-year-old substance abuse counselor from Montgomery Village, MD, who currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.

It was therefore Eva, Joe and Mitch on the orange team battling it out for Immunity with David, Kyle and Shauhin on the purple team.
Shauhin was out next, leaving David and Kyle duking it out for Immunity on the purple team.
After Mitch dropped, it was Eva battling against Joe for Immunity on the orange team.
Everyone appeared pretty solid, and then smack talk emerged between David and Kyle. The men playfully teased and pushed each other, and then Eva got in it as well.
All the while, Shauhin was singing Survivor music from the bench, making everyone -- including Jeff -- laugh.
When Eva's bucket was dropping, Joe gave her a pep talk and told her not to quit, but Eva couldn't hold on any longer and quit.
Joe therefore won Individual Immunity, and then Kyle was out.

Joe and David faced off as a result for Reward and the ability to attend Tribal Council second. David assured Joe that he was "doing alright," but Joe dug deep for his children and family watching at home.
Mitch, watching in astonishment from the bench, called Joe and David "superheroes."
Both David and Joe ended up beating the 38-minute record for this Immunity Challenge. After lasting for nearly an hour, Joe gave up and let his bucket fall. While Joe was safe, David won sandwiches for his team and also made sure that all of his teammates would be on the Survivor 48 jury.

Kyle, however, didn't trust Shauhin at all because Shauhin had gone through his bag at camp and lied to his face before.
Meanwhile, Joe told the Survivor cameras at the old Civa camp how Mitch and Sai were on the outs, and Joe didn't even seem open to talking strategy with Sai. There was awkward silence between the pair, but Sai acknowledged how she wasn't going to give up.
Sai proceeded to tell Eva that she wanted to vote out Mitch, and Eva replied, "That works for me!"
But Eva told the Survivor cameras that Sai created chaos and rubbed people the wrong way, and Chrissy seemed onboard with going after Sai. Eva had a feeling Sai or Mitch would be going home that night.
Mary, David and Shauhin were then shown discussing how they wanted to keep the athletes around and duke it out in the end. Shauhin didn't appreciate being "a smokescreen" and the "decoy vote," but he decided to play along.
Since Shauhin was the decoy vote, Kyle thought there was an opportunity to vote Shauhin out with Kamilla and David's help. Cedrek thought of this possibility and tried to convince Kyle to make the move.
But Kamilla warned David that Eva had a hidden Immunity Idol and she thought Shauhin had an idol as well.
Kamilla was trying to frame Shauhin so that David would flip on his buddy. David appeared worried and acknowledged how he needed to be skeptical of Shauhin.
"The Strong 5 is me, Kyle, Joe, Eva and Shauhin. Those are the five I actually want to see in the Final 5, because I want a strong competitor to win Season 48 of Survivor. However, Shauhin is smart and Shauhin may also have an idol," David explained to the Survivor cameras.
"I think he looking to make a move... and may flip. But Cedrek wants to be a number so bad that he is willing to do anything, and that's dangerous. So voting out Ced and voting out Shauhin both have consequences."
At Old Civa's camp, Chrissy said she didn't trust Sai but Mitch was "all over the place" and the game seemed to be eating at him mentally and physically. Chrissy therefore pitched Mitch's name to Star since he was a bit of a loose cannon.

"I think things are falling in place for Mitch. The problem I have is I don't one million percent trust Sai. She is chaos, she's a pain in the butt at camp. This Tribal Council means a lot. It's important to get the right people... on the jury," Chrissy shared in a Survivor confessional.
Sai thought if the other side was "dumb," they'd vote out Cedrek -- but if they were "smart," they'd vote out Shauhin.
Mitch proceeded to tell Joe that he was thinking about using his "Block a Vote" advantage against Sai that night. Mitch wanted to build trust with Joe, who realized Sai would be the safe vote that night.
"But [the better] gameplay move would be Mitch. He's honestly a big threat in this game," Joe noted to the Survivor cameras.
Going into Tribal Council that night, Cedrek was hoping Shauhin would be taken out instead of himself, but Shauhin was feeling pretty confident after deciding to put newfound trust into Kyle, Kamilla, and David.
Joe attended Tribal Council first on Night 14 with his temporary teammates Star, Chrissy, Sai, Mitch, and Eva.
Chrissy announced how the castaways would have to break their honesty and loyalty at some point in order to play Survivor the right away and build their resumes, but Joe pointed out how people who remained loyal to their allies until the end have won the game before.
Mitch, feeling vulnerable and looking to start over in the Survivor game, declared that people could trust him and that he was going to do exactly what he said he was going to do.
When it became time for Sai to vote, she realized her vote had been blocked by someone. Mitch therefore chose to use his advantage as promised.
Jeff then tallied the votes and read them aloud in the following order: Sai, Sai, and Sai.
Joe's group clearly voted Sai out with a unanimous vote.

Kamilla voiced how she wanted to sit on the jury with people who respected her game and were cool with her, but Shauhin admitted people were still trying to solidify their alliances.
Mary announced how it was "nothing personal" against the person who was about to be blindsided.
When it became time to vote, Cedrek was shown voting for Shauhin, and Shauhin was shown voting for Cedrek.

After no one played an idol or advantage, Jeff proceeded to read the votes aloud in the following order: Shauhin, Cedrek, Cedrek, Cedrek, and Cedrek.
Jeff declared that Cedrek was going to be the first jury member of Survivor 48.
