In what will be the "most punishing" Survivor season yet, according to a promo CBS released, Episode 4 of Season 32 will be incredibly intense and feature at least one medical emergency.

When asked for a teaser of what viewers can expect from March 9's broadcast, Survivor host Jeff Probst told Entertainment Weekly it will be "the most dramatic and maybe most compelling episode we've ever done."

The promo appears to show both Debbie Wanner, a 49-year-old chemist from Reading, PA, and Cydney Gillon, a 23-year-old body builder from Douglasville, GA, going down at a challenge in dire condition and seeking treatment from medical staff.

Probst reveals in a voiceover there will be an "unprecedented three people" needing some sort of medical attention at the challenge. The preview also features Tai Trang, a 51-year-old gardener from San Francisco, CA, sitting on the ground bawling his eyes out at the challenge.

CBS shared photos from the episode on the network's official website with the following caption: "The brutal heat of Kaoh Rong, Cambodia, takes a toll on several castaways and results in one person getting medically evacuated from the game on the next episode of Survivor: Kaoh Rong entitled 'Signed, Sealed, And Delivered.'"

In Survivor's premiere broadcast last month, Probst explained Kaoh Rong in Southeast Asia boasts scorching temperatures and high humidity that could cause dehydration and heat stroke. He said the smallest cut could lead to an infection, and it was sure to be the most grueling 39 days ever played in Survivor history.
