CBS has announced Survivor's 31st season will premiere on Wednesday, September 23 with a special 90-minute broadcast at 8PM ET/PT and be directly followed by the finale of Big Brother's seventeenth season this summer from 9:30-11PM ET/PT.

And then on Friday, September 25, The Amazing Race's 27th season will debut from 8-9PM ET/PT.

Survivor's next edition dubbed Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance will feature 20 veteran castaways -- 10 men and 10 women -- returning for another shot at winning the million dollars. The entire cast was selected by fans at home out of 32 possible candidates with memorable storylines.

Mike Holloway, a 38-year-old oil driller from North Richland Hills, TX, was crowned the winner of Survivor's 30th season which just concluded late last month.

A blind-dating couple, Laura Pierson and Tyler Adams, crossed the finish line of The Amazing Race's 26th season in first place. Laura, a 29-year-old talent booker from Los Angeles, CA, and Tyler, a 26-year-old mobile app developer from Santa Monica, CA, won the $1 million grand prize.

The Amazing Race conquered five continents, eight countries and more than 35,000 miles last season.
