Newlyweds Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici definitely held off having sex until they said, "I do," and the proof is in the polygraph.

Lowe and Giudici, who tied the knot during a live The Bachelor broadcast Sunday night, took separate lie detector tests prior to getting married and the results were revealed during Monday night's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.

A polygraph expert announced both Lowe and Giudici insisted they abstained from having sex throughout their whole 16-month engagement during the test and the results were definitive, "which means I have a near 80-90 percent, maybe 100 percent certainty," said the expert.

Because the seventeenth-season The Bachelor couple gave the same answer and the test revealed both parties were telling the truth, talk show host Jimmy Kimmel asked the expert whether that means the percentage of certainty they're being honest increases.

"Absolutely," the expert replied. "They did [wait]."

Therefore, without actually doing the math, the expert said it was pretty much 100% accurate.

Kimmel was shocked at the news, saying he was "proud and disappointed at the same time."

Lowe had been dubbed "the virgin Bachelor" since his edition aired around this same time last year on ABC. He and Giudici expressed on numerous occasions how they were excited to have sex for the first time on their wedding night. The couple didn't even live with one another prior to getting married.
