Rob Kardashian, now allegedly at 350 pounds, has reportedly reached a dangerous tipping point in light of his extreme weight gain, substance abuse issues and fallouts with his mother Kris Jenner and sisters.

Rob, 28, has isolated himself from his family and "seriously needs help" but "refuses to admit anything is wrong," an insider told Star magazine in its April 13 issue.

"Rob is in a very dark place right now. It's never been this bad before... and no one knows what to do about him anymore. He just won't talk to anyone. He's become a loose cannon, and he's high almost nonstop. He's in really bad shape. There's also buzz that he takes prescription pills, which can be deadly when combined with alcohol."

As shown on Keeping Up with the Kardashians' currently-airing tenth season, Kris and her daughters -- who feel completely helpless when it comes to Rob's situation -- tried to stage a televised intervention.

"Rob was not okay with that. He has no intention of being forced into rehab, so he told everyone to mind their own business," a source told Star. "[Kim Kardashian] came down hard on him and told him to quit embarrassing them, to get a life and a job already."

The insider further claimed that "Kim straight-up said if Rob won't make an effort to save his own life, then she doesn't care if he lives or dies either!"

Rob reportedly cut all ties with Kim after that and additionally moved out of Khloe Kardashian's house, refusing to tell his family where he's residing so they can't find him.

"He is staying at the Stay Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. There's a lot of drugs in the area, and all sorts of bad things happen there," said an insider.

On March 22, Rob showed how angry he is with Kim by posting a photo of "the bitch" from Gone Girl, a sociopathic character, saying it's his sister.

"He absolutely hates her and everything she stands for: He thinks she is a shallow, heartless witch who only cares about herself," the insider said. "Everyone is mad at Rob and demanding he take the photo down, but he flat-out refuses. He is embarrassing the family."

Rob is also reportedly furious at his mother because he "hates the way [she] treats her children like employees. He's so sick of playing her games -- that's why he's trying to get away from his family."

Khloe and her estranged husband Lamar Odom both served as Rob's rock. He was reportedly "inseparable" from Lamar and always felt support from him, while Khloe was sympathetic towards his problems. With Lamar missing and Khloe finally fed up, Rob feels alone.

"When he was staying with Khloe, he'd spend all his time sitting in his room, eating junk food, drinking way too much alcohol and obsessively messaging porn stars on Twitter. It was really gross. Khloe got to the point where she couldn't deal with it anymore," a family source told Star.

Rob has allegedly been house hunting while staying in the hotel, but there's one major problem with that -- he's broke.

"That's why he needs Kris on his side. He doesn't have nearly enough money coming in to afford the type of house that he is used to residing in," the first source explained. "He has even considered asking to borrow money from his teenage half sisters, [Kendall Jenner] and [Kylie Jenner], in order to finance his move."

But Kris, who appears to have washed her hands of Rob, still reportedly believes her son venturing out on his own is a terrible idea.

"She was horrified over his Instagram post about Kim and could only imagine what he has to say about her," said the source. "She's trying to pacify him by letting him borrow her car, because she is petrified that he's planning on spilling family secrets."
