Variety reports that ABC is expected to announce the first two cancellations of the season this morning, as "That Was Then" and "Push, Nevada" are expected to formally get the ax and ABC announces some other schedule changes.
The mystery drama/reality series "Push" will have its seventh and final broadcast on October 24, 2002. Producers will ensure enough clues will have aired to allow viewers to compete for the $1 million prize being offered in connection with the skein.
With "Monk" moving to Mondays and "Push" off the cancelled, ABC's upcoming Thursday plans are still sketchy, but the network will likely vamp with specials and reality programming until "Dinotopia" premieres on Thanksgiving, Nov. 28, with two back-to-back episodes. An ABC spokesman refused to confirm any changes.
