Project Runway All Stars will return to Lifetime on January 4 with a cast unlike any before it.
Lifetime has revealed the identities of the 16 designers -- eight rookies and eight veterans -- who will be competing on the sixth season of Project Runway All Stars, which premieres Thursday, January 4 at 9PM ET/PT.
A "rookie" means a designer only competed on one of the 16 original Project Runway seasons, while a "veteran" had to compete on one of the show's five previous Project RunwayAll Star editions.
All of the upcoming All Stars contestants got their start by appearing on the original Project Runway series as well, so they'll be coming back for a third stint on the franchise.
Veteran All Stars contestants for Season 6 will include Anthony Williams from Season 1 and Ken Laurence from Season 5.
In addition, Editor-in-Chief of Marie Claire magazine, Anne Fulenwider, will be joiningProject Runway All Stars as the designers' mentor.
The winner of Project Runway All Stars' sixth edition will receive a $100,000 grand prize as well as a fashion spread in Marie Claire and a position as contributing editor for one year.
The winner will also walk away with a complete sewing studio from Brother Sewing and Embroidery; a trip to London, England; luxurious skincare and makeup from Rodial; and accessories and styling services from Intermix to enhance his or her next collection.
