The Bachelor franchise typically always delivers a drunk bachelor or bachelorette on Night 1, and Ben Higgins' upcoming season will apparently be no different.

One of the 28 women competing for Higgins' heart was arrested for DUI in 2014, RadarOnline reported.

Meagan Miller was allegedly pulled over in her home state of Texas for reckless driving and actually has a court date coming up on February 8, 2016.

According to court documents released by Parker County Sheriff's Office, Miller was busted at 2AM on October 11 of last year in Weatherford, TX, for driving on the wrong side of the road.

Authorities wrote in their report that Miller had a strong smell of alcohol on her breath, slurred her speech and had bloodshot, glassy eyes.

Miller, 30, describes herself in her ABC bio as a country girl who enjoys "BBQ'ing and drinking some beers."

Fitting.

"Ben apparently doesn't give Meagan a rose on the opening episode of Season 20 on January 4," a show insider told RadarOnline. "And it's probably a good thing -- Ben is squeaky clean and if she's a drinker, it wouldn't lead to much of a love match."
