"I can't wait to meet my kid! Everyone will be surprised to see a different side of me. I'm loving, caring, sensitive, protective, and very maternal, no matter what people might think," the Jersey Shore star told V Magazine in its latest issue.

The pint-sized reality TV star -- who says she was a victim of bullying as a teenager -- said she's used to being judged and can take the heat from critics suggesting she'll struggle to tone down her partying ways and settle into a respectable lifestyle fit for raising a child.

"I've been bullied all my life. In high school me and my girlfriends were freshmen and we were all pretty girls in cheerleading and stuff, so the older girls would bully us because all of their guys wanted to hang out with us," Snooki explained.

"I am probably the number one most-bullied celebrity. I really don't go with trends, I don't try to fit in like everyone else does in Hollywood. I just like to be different and I don't care... I think even haters love us. And I have a lot of haters. If you're being bullied, you can't let it phase you. Stick up for yourself and they'll get bored of you."

Snooki confirmed she is expecting a baby with and engaged to fiance Jionni LaValle in March after falsely denying pregnancy reports. She admitted shortly afterwards she's looking forward to being a "MILF" and is reportedly "in total mom mode."

MTV will premiere Snooki & JWoww, the new Jersey Shore spinoff which will star Snooki and fellow castmate Jenni "JWoww" Farley, on Thursday, June 21 at 10PM ET/PT.

Although the network ordered the new series back in January 2011, it only began production in New Jersey earlier this year.
