Amani, a 29-year-old non-profit worker who was raised in Chicago, IL, and Woody, a 30-year-old teacher and coach from New Orleans, LA, were matched by Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Dr. Viviana Coles and Pastor Calvin Roberson to wed on Season 11 of Married at First Sight.

During the August 26 episode of Lifetime's Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, Amani watched back a Season 11 clip in which she revealed she had sex with Woody for the first time during their honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico.

"I didn't feel like if I had sex with him it would ruin anything," Amani noted in the clip. "And it made me feel more excited about our future. At this point, okay great! Things are lining up!"

Unfiltered host Jamie Otis, who starred on Season 1 of Married at First Sight and is still married to her match Doug Hehner, asked Amani to provide all the details on her first time.

"It was romantic," Amani gushed.

"I think just our entire trajectory up until the point when we first had sex was just, you know, he was extremely romantic. He wanted to romance me and sweep me off my feet, and consider it accomplished!"

Jamie responded with, "I feel like Woody might be marriage material. What do you think?"

"He's definitely marriage material," Amani confirmed.

Amani, however, took her time in getting to know Woody before consummating their marriage. She had told Woody how she'd like to develop an intimate connection before establishing a physical one.

Amani and Woody therefore cracked jokes with each other about how Amani was wearing a "chastity belt" during their honeymoon, and Jamie asked Amani how Woody finally managed to unlock the belt.

"What were some of the things that got him there?" Jamie asked.

"It all started as a joke, the chastity belt, so I can't really say, like, 'Oh, I was looking for this thing to happen,'" Amani recalled.

"It was moreso throughout the week -- just seeing things like him ordering the breakfast that I told him I enjoy or remembering certain things that he learned from my family."

Amani added, "It was the thoughtful things he was able to kind of check in about, you know, really allowed me to open up and be more vulnerable with him."

Olivia and Bennett Kirschner joined Amani on the Unfiltered broadcast and revealed how they felt in their marriages by the time their honeymoons had come to an end.

"I'm feeling great, you know? [Amelia Fatsi] and I have laughed a lot, we smiled a ton and had a great time together, but we also were able to dig deep," Bennett explained.

"So I'm feeling both a sense of levity and a sense of depth with her, which bodes really well for our relationship."

Olivia, however, admitted she left Mexico "feeling kind of nervous" about her marriage since her husband Brett had totally shut down one night when he was frustrated about Olivia having rated their relationship a seven on a scale of 1-10.

"I think there's still a lot to get to know about Brett and going back to the real world is going to be very different," Olivia said.

"I work a lot, and I hope that our lives merge okay and that he's patient and understanding."

And finally, Amani gushed that she was "feeling hopeful for our next step" a week into her marriage.

"I'm excited to be able to leave the honeymoon, because I feel like all it did was extend our happiness from the wedding," Amani shared.

"We just extended that fairy-tale land, so I'm excited to get back to the world and see how our work lives collide together and how we can further our relationship."

Amani also revealed earlier in the Unfiltered episode she had warmed up to Woody faster than any other man she's ever dated before. She said her relationship with Woody was "scarily good" in the beginning.

Amani and Woody were smitten and flirtatious with each other right away when they met on their wedding day, and Woody felt confident from the start their marriage would last forever.

On the last night of their honeymoon in Mexico, Woody surprised his wife with a romantic bath surrounded with rose petals and candles, and that's when he and Amani consummated their marriage.

Amani just hoped her relationship with Woody would stay as strong once they returned to New Orleans together and her husband would continue to woo and pursue her.

Once they moved in together, Amani and Woody struggled to communicate when Woody tried to explain that he doesn't like surprises and wouldn't appreciate Amani, for example, cutting her hair without telling him first.

Amani, on the other hand, argued her husband shouldn't be able to control her or dictate when and where she can do something.

However, the misunderstanding didn't turn into a huge fight because Woody clarified to his wife he just wanted to make major life decisions as a team considering an ex-girlfriend previously hurt him when she went through with an abortion without discussing the matter with him first.
