Married at First Sight star Allen Slovick has slammed Madison Myers for not trying to spark any type of physical or intimate connection in their marriage.

On Married at First Sight's eighteenth season, Madison told the show's experts that she was missing romantic chemistry with Allen, who kept trying to compromise and make concessions for his wife.

But after the couple's one-month wedding anniversary, Allen was apparently starting to lose patience with his standoffish wife.

"I don't know where she's at. I don't fully understand some of the responses that I get," Allen explained during a recent episode of Married at First Sight: Afterparty.

"When I say something like, 'Hey, could you see yourself long-term with me?' It's meant to provoke, like, 'Is there hope?' Does she even have a fraction of the desire to make things work and to discover are we actually meant for each other?"

Afterparty host Keshia Knight Pulliam asked Allen if he thought Madison was giving an honest effort to discover that, and Allen replied, "No."

"No, I feel it's one-sided," Allen elaborated.

Allen, for example, previously told Madison that he could see a future with her, including children and grandkids, but when he asked Madison if she could see "a forever" with him, Madison quipped in reply, "Forever is a long time."

Allen -- who shared how he had studied poetry in college and can therefore be very verbally expressive and romantic at times -- suggested that he felt emotionally rejected by Madison.

"When I said one or two things showing, 'I am attracted to you. I am looking to build something with you,' that I thought were cutesy, she was like, 'Allen, could you be any more f-cking corny?' And I was like, 'I thought that was good!'" Allen said.

Allen didn't think Madison was physically attracted to him, but he had told Married at First Sight expert, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, that he didn't want to force a square peg into a round hole.

"I've been friend-zoned since the day after marriage," Allen told Keshia.

"I guarantee if I figured out [how to leave that zone], I'd write a book and I'd be a millionaire!"

Allen recalled how Madison seemed to act naturally and more flirtatious with other people, including their Married at First Sight co-star David Trimble.

Allen said he kept trying to make moves on Madison, only to repeatedly hit a brick wall.

"But that's okay, because what other way is going to get me to the end goal?" Allen questioned.

Allen shared how he had no intention of slowing down or giving up in his marriage to Madison because he didn't want to lose momentum or go backward.

Married at First Sight previews have shown Allen furiously hitting his kitchen cabinets while Madison is playfully and seductively being fed by a man.

Many Married at First Sight fans are speculating that Madison and David left their spouses for each other. (David married Michelle Tomblin on Married at First Sight).

After all, viewers have watched Madison and David confide in each other on the show. The pair also appeared to have morning workouts together at the gym in their Chicago apartment building.

On Married at First Sight's latest episode, Allen continued to try to bond with Madison by doing activities she liked and talking about childhood.

But Allen arrived at the realization there were a lot of things about himself that Madison wanted to change -- including his over-the-top sense of humor and quirky style.

"I've never had to put in so much work for somebody to just get some kind of a feeling about me," Allen lamented in a confessional.

"This is hitting me in the sense where, 'What does she find attractive about me? Is there anything?'"

Dr. Pepper told Madison that Allen just "wanted a few scraps" and to feel seen, and Madison acknowledged that she could compliment Allen more and try a little harder to show affection.
