Married at First Sight couple Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner are expecting their second child together, and they wasted absolutely no time making the announcement!

Jamie and Doug announced the pregnancy on Friday during a bonus episode of their "Hot Marriage Cool Parents" podcast, and then Jamie took to Instagram on Saturday to reveal adorable photos of Doug and herself at the doctor's office.
"We went to the fertility specialist and found out WE ARE PREGNANT!!! I cannot even believe it!...after 18 long, painful months, two losses and negative after negative on the pregnancy tests we are *finally* pregnant again!," revealed Jamie, who was holding ultrasound pictures in the image.
"Of course I am being cautiously optimistic, but I have a feeling this little one is going to stick."
Jamie became pregnant for the first time in 2016 but sadly suffered a stillbirth of their son Johnathan in her second trimester.
One year ago, Jamie experienced a miscarriage shortly after conception was detected, and then in January, Jamie disclosed she had lost a baby at 10 weeks, according to E! News.
"The only thing is, yesterday the nurse called and said my blood work came back a bit different than anticipated," Jamie continued in her pregnancy announcement.
"Based on my last period, I should be about 4 weeks along... My blood work came back [saying] I'm either further along OR I could potentially have TWINS! (They said it's most likely I'm further along but I would absolutely love twins!)"

Jamie concluded, "Thank you, thank you, *THANK YOU!* for all the encouragement, love, & prayers. IT WORKED! WE ARE FINALLY PREGNANT !!!!!"
On Monday, Jamie shared a baby-bump photo and explained her child is due in May and is currently the size of a poppy seed.

"I'm *finally* beginning to feel pregnant! The fatigue has hit like a ton of bricks, my boobs hurt, & I've had mild cramps & a back ache that was never there with any of my previous pregnancies," Jamie captioned the photo on Instagram.
"One thing that comes with every pregnancy is a weird insomnia? Like, I just can't sleep through the night."
"BUT I'm not nauseous or throwing up so I cannot & *will not* complain about a thing! I am genuinely *SO THANKFUL* for all these symptoms bc that means this little poppy seed -- or seeds -- are growing!"
She added, "September 12th is my next visit with the fertility specialist and I AM READY FOR IT! Can't wait to find out more info on this babe/babies & of course we will be sharing with you."
Jamie subsequently gushed about how thankful she is to have Doug in her life as her husband because he's strong when she's weak and manages to make her laugh during difficult times.
Jamie laughed about how they've made it five years together even though she wasn't initially attracted to her husband at the altar.

"When I *still* can't fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes he tells me how beautiful I am....Douglas, we've been through it all together... You've stuck by my side," she noted.

As for Doug, he first posted about the pregnancy over the weekend, sharing a photo of Jamie crossing her fingers at the doctor's office.
"When this pic was taken we had the positive pregnancy test, but we hadn't seen anything confirmed on ultrasound," he wrote in Instagram.
"There wasnt a whole lot to see, but it was so nice to get official confirmation that WE ARE PREGNANT!! And by we, I mean Jamie. She's doing all the work and she’s doing an amazing job. Love you @jamienotis !!!"
Jamie first mentioned there was a chance she may be pregnant one week ago with a candid Instagram post.
"We've been trying to get pregnant for 18 months. That's 78 weeks -- 547 days. We suffered two losses back to back early on and then nothing for the last 10 months️....I honestly never believed it'd come to this, but Thursday we meet with a fertility doctor. BUT we're *not*giving*up*HOPE* bc I can't push this big kid around forever," Jamie wrote.

"I'm trying to make light of it—but honestly—this has been really rough on us. It's devastating to get negative after negative each month... I have *literally* tried EVERYTHING....and please don't say to 'just stop trying'"
"bc 1) that's easier said than done and 2) we kinda did try this for a few months (we didn't track ovulation, pee on sticks, etc) but we continued to have sex, and that didn't work for us either."
One day later, Jamie said she was anticipating "Aunt Flo" to visit.
"I've been kinda crampy sooo not going nuts getting my hopes up & thinking this is my month, but if she doesn't show up I'd be soooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if she does -- at least I have a doc appointment already made for tomorrow with a fertility specialist to get some help to keep her away for next month."
Jamie then revealed she and Doug received "some unexpected news" from the fertility doctor. However, she wanted to share this news with family and friends first. She was also awaiting blood-work results for confirmation.
Jamie revealed she'd love to welcome four children with Doug and also adopt two more kids.

The couple later starred in their own spinoff Married at First Sight: Jamie and Doug Plus One, which premiered in December 2017.
