Married at First Sight alum Justin Hall is happy in a new relationship and has debuted his new girlfriend on social media.

Justin's marriage to Alexis Williams didn't work out on Married at First Sight's fifteenth season, which aired in Fall 2022, but he appears to have completely moved on.

Justin recently posted two photos with his new girlfriend on Instagram, documenting when they had attended a wedding together and also celebrated her birthday simultaneously.

In the photos, Justin was sporting a black suit with loafers and his blonde girlfriend was wearing a green maxi dress with a white cardigan.

In addition to writing about wedding "vibes in the ADKs," he wrote of the new woman in his life, "I didn't know what a healthy relationship was until I met you."

The Married at First Sight alum continued late last week, "Because of you, I have strong boundaries now. Because of you, I'm learning to communicate better. Because of you, I'm living a healthier lifestyle. Because of you, I continue to discover the best version of myself."

Justin went on to add, "A healthy relationship is one where two independent people just make a deal that they will help make the other person the best version of themselves. Happy Birthday, love."

Alexis, meanwhile, appears to be single but living her best life, according to her Instagram.

Alexis just took to Instagram on Sunday, September 10 and wrote, "Discipline is the strongest form of self-love. It's ignoring current pleasures for bigger rewards to come. It's loving yourself enough to give yourself everything you've ever wanted."

She continued, "It's easy to be intellectually lazy and undisciplined. To float through life agreeable and unmotivated. There is so much comfort within compromising your worth and convincing yourself you can do it later. But it's a trap."

Alexis shared how there is "so much beauty" in pushing oneself above and beyond standards norms.

"I fall more and more in love with myself every time I persist, every time I surpass my goals," she gushed.

"I know it's tiring, I know it feels like you've given all that you can give... But you are so much stronger than you can even imagine. Be intentional. Be persistent. Keep going."

Back in May 2023, Alexis announced on the Married at First Sight -- Decision Day Dish: Nashville special how she had been dating a woman.

When asked how things were going with Justin, Alexis playfully asked, "Who?"

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Too soon, too soon," Alexis acknowledged with a laugh, before noting that she and Justin had not talked or seen each other at all since officially parting ways.

"There are no hard feelings or anything like that. We're just not good as friends or apparently as husband and wife either."

Alexis then dropped the bombshell that she was seeing someone new, a "lovely" and "great" person who made her feel "special and loved."

Alexis said she's "always been open with her partners" about her sexuality.

"Even Justin knew that I'm bisexual," Alexis disclosed. "I told him that early on, so I am having a superb time."

Justin and Alexis' marriage started out hot and heavy on Married at First Sight 15, which filmed in San Diego, but their connection quickly cooled down once their dogs got in a fight. Justin attempted to save his marriage by giving his dog Maya away, and he assumed the sacrifice would result in an automatic "yes" on Decision Day.

But Alexis wasn't sure about her fate with Justin considering he tended to overthink and overanalyze things. Alexis felt she had to coddle Justin and be his pillar of strength in the marriage, which she found exhausting.

Justin promised Alexis he'd change, but she had no proof he was going to keep his word -- and she feared their relationship would fall apart once they left the "safety" of the experiment and all of its resources.

"This isn't Best Friends at First Sight; this is Married at First Sight. Either way, I think you're a great person and maybe we might be better off as friends. Who knows," Alexis told Justin shortly before Decision Day.

On Decision Day, Justin told the experts that he wanted to stay married to Alexis, and Alexis agreed.

However, Justin and Alexis then began having more relationship issues before they even left the winery where the Decision-Day event was being held.

Alexis told Justin she was still feeling uncertain about their relationship and still "needed time" to "process" and "come to terms with everything."

Justin worried Alexis was going to "quit" on him, but she insisted that's not in her nature. It sparked a fight between the spouses and their tension heightened during a couples' gathering post-Decision Day.

After Justin kept asking Alexis if she regretted saying "yes" to staying married, Alexis said she was "done" and decided to end their relationship right on the spot.

"I was saying 'yes' to trying, and then shortly after, I was just like, 'You know what? I can't take another minute of this.' So it is what it is," Alexis recalled of Decision Day back in May.

Married at First Sight: Where Are They Now? for Season 15 filmed five months after Decision Day and aired in November 2022.

Justin claimed he was over Alexis after she had told the world on an Afterparty special that he "couldn't get it up."

But Justin claimed he couldn't get it up with Alexis -- who had already gone out on a date with another man -- because her pH balance was off that day.

Alexis said Justin's insecurities were speaking and he was having an adult hissy fit. Justin then called her a narcissist.

"I'm not going to entertain you. You are a sad individual," Justin said, adding how Alexis was "fake" and she had talked about him behind his back.

Justin stormed off and Alexis didn't know what else to do. She and Justin were clearly both "over it."

Alexis said she wasn't going to settle in her next relationship and that she was going to be authentic about her needs and be true to herself.

Alexis apologized to Justin for her Afterparty comment at a cast party, and while Justin thanked her to her face, he told the cameras that he was going to take Alexis' apology with a grain of salt.

Justin, in turn, never apologized to Alexis for disrespecting or lashing out at her, and so she called him "childish" and manipulative.
