And the 21-year-old singer posted an Instagram photo Sunday of himself hovering over a woman in a bit of a compromising position as she leans against his black Audi. He captioned the photo "Lord knows," which could very well be a reference to Scott "self-proclaimed Lord" Disick, Kardashian's ex as of early July.
The photo was taken recently, as it shows off Bieber's new neck tattoo, but TMZ just reported the woman in the photo is NOT Kardashian. Still, Bieber might be trying to send a message to Disick, 32.
Based on pure evidence, Bieber and the 36-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star have at least hung out on numerous occasions. The pair "seemed flirty" when spotted together at Los Angeles' Nice Guy on December 11, according to Us, and then Kardashian left the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills, where Bieber typically stays, at 4AM the next morning.
Moving on to October, Kardashian and Bieber reportedly spent some time at Nice Guy again before enjoying Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights attraction.
On November 22, Kardashian attended Bieber's afterparty following the American Music Awards. Bieber, who dated Selena Gomez for years, recently made a huge comeback in music with his latest album Purpose, which features monster hits like "What Do You Mean?" and "Sorry."
"Every time Kourtney and Justin are together they're extremely flirtatious," a source told the magazine. "They text each other all the time."
Kardashian has three children with Disick: Son Mason Dash, 6, daughter Penelope Scotland, 3, and son Reign Aston, 1.
Kardashian and Disick, who recently completed a stint in rehab, have been doing a great job of co-parenting in recent weeks, so much so that reports have circulated she's decided to take him back. However, a source told E! News there's no way Kardashian will spark up a romance with him again.
