The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star recently produced a pilot for a new reality series that would follow her friends Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck in their work as public relation gurus for Command Public Relations, People reported Thursday.

"It'll show all the ins-and-outs or PR. It's going to be really fun," she told People.  "It'll show how there's lots of drama and crisis in the PR world."

An undisclosed cable network is considering the series for a 2010 debut, Kardashian told People.  The series is being produced by Bunim-Murray Productions -- which already co-produces Keeping Up with the Kardashians and its new Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami spinoff for E!.

"Every week we'll have a different celebrity and a different crisis and drama," Kardashian told People about the new project.

"The great thing about Jonathan and Simon is that they focus on corporate PR and building brands; they don't represent any individuals, so they see the bigger picture. They see how to make a celebrity into a brand. I've seen so many things go so close to going wrong, and then they fix everything."

While Kardashian said she'll make a few cameos on her new reality series, she's excited to take the "next step" in her career.

"I've always wanted to get into producing," she told People.  "After my reality TV show is done, the next step is producing. I definitely see myself in the producing chair."

Kardashian claims she's ready to tackle a role behind the camera.

"I've definitely seen the ins and outs of reality TV," she told People.  "I definitely love reality TV shows. It's something I'm passionate about."
