Kardashian won the Woman of the Year award at the 2014 GQ Men of the Year Awards in London.
"It's Kim Kardashian West. I want to thank GQ for making me Woman of the Year, and my husband [Kanye West] for making me feel like woman of the year every day," Kardashian reportedly said.
The spread features the reality TV star posing in a series of seductive snapshots in bed while wearing only light pink stiletto heels. Her private parts are covered with her arms in strategic places as well as gray satin sheets.
Kardashian's new spinoff Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons is slated to premiere this fall on E!.
