Kim Kardashian has confirmed she's expecting her third child with Kanye West!

In the preview clip, Kim called her sister Khloe Kardashian on the phone via FaceTime while sitting on her bed.
"What happens every time I say, 'Guess what?'" Kim asks Khloe.
"The person's pregnant?" Khloe guesses.
"We're having a baby!" Kim announces with a big smile on her face.
Khloe is then heard shrieking with joy over the phone.
Reports Kim and Kanye hired a surrogate to carry their third child first surfaced in June. Earlier this month, a source told People that the surrogate is pregnant.
"The entire family is over the moon," the source said of the pregnancy.
"Given her health scares in the past, Kim felt the need to hire a surrogacy agency that helped serve as the liaison in finding a healthy woman who would be a great surrogate option for her and Kanye. Both of them have been super involved in the process. They want everything to be perfect and for the baby to be healthy."
Kim and Kanye's baby is reportedly due in January. They are already parents to North West, 4, and Saint West, 21 months.
The trailer for Keeping Up with the Kardashians' new season also shows sweet moments between Khloe and her NBA boyfriend Tristan Thompson -- who are allegedly expecting a baby as well -- and Rob Kardashian's legal troubles with his ex-fiancee Blac Chyna, the mother of his daughter Dream.
"Why would the restraining order have to do with his amount of custody?" Kris Jenner says on the phone as Rob is standing next to her.

Kourtney Kardashian also reveals, "I've given up on being with the person I have three kids with," referring to troubled Scott Disick.
"Do you have a boyfriend now?" Khloe is shown asking Kourtney.
"Yeah," Kourtney replies, referring to model and former boxer Younes Benjima.
