Khloe Kardashian is stirring up some buzz on social media after sharing a selfie showcasing a drastic change in her appearance.

Khloe underwent a huge physical transformation recently, which prompted E! to launch a new Revenge Body reality series hosted by the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star to inspire others to also lose weight, gain confidence and become stronger.

However, fans are questioning whether Khloe, 32, has taken things a little too far.

On Sunday, January 29, Khloe shared a selfie on Instagram while vacationing with her family in Costa Rica, and she's seemingly had some work done on her face.

In the photo, Khloe is showing off her sun-kissed glow, long blonde hair and noticeably plumper pout. Fans commented about her lips on the image, wondering whether she's had plastic surgery.

The reality TV star, wearing a yellow one-piece swimsuit, captioned the pic "Island Vibes" with three palm tree emojis.

"You look so different. What happened?" one of Khloe's Instagram followers wrote.

Another Instagram user posted on Khloe's page, "OMG you are so beautiful but what's Happening to u."

Last year, Khloe told Cosmopolitan magazine that while she's never gone under the knife, she wouldn't be opposed to a procedure.

"I think plastic surgery should be viewed almost like makeup, because we're all putting on a f-cking mask basically every day anyway," Khloe said in March 2016.

"When you dye your hair, you're changing who you are, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think people should get plastic surgery or fillers or lasers or whatever if they want it -- that should be your own personal decision."

Khloe is enjoying her little getaway with sisters Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, as well as her nieces, nephews and mother Kris Jenner. Corey Gamble and Scott Disick also traveled with the family.
