The 31-year-old reality star gave an update on her 36-year-old estranged husband and former NBA player at a Television Critics Association panel for her forthcoming FYI series, "Kocktails with Khloe."

"I'm just there to support and care for him, but he's doing amazing," she told reporters. "I'm so proud of the strength that he has to fight this battle that's his battle, and I'm so grateful for everybody's love and concern because I do think it's coming from a good place."

Odom remains hospitalized after being discovered unconscious in a legal Las Vegas brothel in October. Kardashian has been by his side since, even calling off their divorce, and confirmed the situation will come up on her new TV series.

"Definitely because it's such a conversational show," she said. "It does come up because it's my life. It's happened when we've been doing test shows. It's happened that I've just been very conversational with that, but I'm not going to force it. It's been flowing."

Sources told People Odom will move from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to a live-in rehabilitation center "in the next few days." The insider said the former NBA player "is making progress" and "will continue to receive amazing therapy" at the new facility.

Kardashian announced her FYI series in July, telling fans the "hybrid" talk show will follow her personal life and feature special guests. "Kocktails with Khloe" will premiere Jan. 20, while the Kardashian family series, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on E!.
