On this week's episode of Snoop Dogg's podcast, GGN, the 31-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star said she and her family keep each other grounded by always being honest.

"I have people that genuinely love and respect and care about me and have my best interests. I'm not surrounded by yes men," Kardashian said of her sisters. "You need to get the wind knocked out of you sometimes."

"There's a ton of times when I've told [Kim] the truth, like when she wanted to marry Kris Humphries," she elaborated. "I was like, 'He's a [expletive] loser. Why are you marrying this [expletive] dog?'"

"She didn't have to hear me, and that's okay," the star said. "The fact is, I said what I had to say. I'm not going to just dumb myself down and act like this guy's not a [expletive] joke. So I said the truth and in hindsight she was like, 'You were right.'"

Kim and the NBA basketball player got engaged after less than a year of dating and married in August 2011. Kim filed for divorce just 72 days later and settled in 2013 after a lengthy legal battle.

"He didn't treat Kim with respect," Kardashian previously said in her memoir, "Strong Looks Better," calling Humphries her "least favorite" of Kim's exes. "He wasn't kind and, unfortunately, he didn't get my point, which I guess is one of the many reasons he is an ex."

Kim went on to marry Kanye West in 2014, while Kardashian remains legally wed to Lamar Odom.
