Khloe Kardashian and her NBA playing boyfriend James Harden are certainly still an item.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has remained at Lamar Odom's side in the hospital since suffering an October 13 drug overdose, however, she never put her relationship with Harden in the books.

In fact, photos just surfaced of Kardashian and Harden meeting a group of friends at Lure Nightclub in Hollywood, CA, on Sunday night, E! News reported.

These are the first pictures taken of Kardashian and Harden as a couple since Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last month.

Kardashian and Harden apparently have no issue showing affection for one another in public, as they held hands on their way to the event and continued to for most of the night. Kardashian was rocking her new shoulder-length haircut and a black outfit with knee-high boots and a brown coat. Harden was sporting a sweatshirt, gray jeans and black sneakers.

Despite withdrawing her divorce paperwork in court to stay legally married to Odom, Kardashian recently told People that she's not back together romantically with him.

"Khloe and James never broke up," a source previously told E! News of the couple who's been dating since the summer.

"He's been so understanding and he knows that Khloe's love for Lamar is deeper than what most people can understand. He's been very understanding and supportive. Lamar has a long road ahead of him and Khloe will always have the love she has for Lamar."

"[James] has been great with me," Kardashian confessed to People, "and I'm just allowing everything to unfold. If it's ever too overwhelming [for him], then I understand that as well."

Just last week, Kardashian took a break from life in LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Odom is currently seeking treatment, to fly to Houston in order to watch Harden's NBA opener. However, Kardashian spent Halloween with Odom and threw him a little birthday bash in the hospital.
