Kendall Jenner played a rousing game of "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts" with James Corden, and the reality TV star wasn't afraid to spill.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star appeared on The Late Late Show on Wednesday night and was forced to choose between eating disgusting samples of food or answering uncomfortable questions.

In each round, Corden picked one "delicacy" -- fish eyes, bird saliva, hot sauce, cod sperm, grasshoppers, sardine smoothie, bull penis or clam juice -- and asked Jenner a question. If she answered it honestly, she escaped consuming something inevitably gross-tasting.

First up was a sardine smoothie in exchange for Jenner ranking three of her nieces and nephews' names from best to worst: Kim Kardashian's children North West and Saint West, and Rob Kardashian's newborn Dream Renee Kardashian.

"I am really considering it, like, answering. Because this is like a smoothie which makes it even grosser than just the fact it's sardines. But, I like North. I've always liked North," Jenner began.

"Now let's find out which one you hate!" Corden said with a big laugh.

"Saint and then Dream," Jenner quickly confessed. "I still love them!"

Jenner declined to answer the next two questions and therefore had to drink bird saliva and clam juice.

Jenner was first asked to pick her "least favorite member of Taylor Swift's squad" out of Selena Gomez, Hailee Steinfeld, Cara Delevingne, Uzo Aduba, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid and Swift herself.

The last question Jenner dodged was about her sister Kylie getting caught in an apparent lie.

Corden revealed Kylie was supposed to appear on his show that night but canceled the morning before because she was "sick." However, the talk show host held up a paparazzi photo of Kylie walking around in public looking beautiful and healthy only a few hours before.

"So my question is," Corden said, "How's she feeling?"

"This is so good!" Jenner noted with a big laugh.

Cameras then panned to the Jenner girls' embarrassed mother Kris in the audience, who urged her model daughter to plead the fifth.

"Drink the clam juice!" Kris implored, failing to contain her laughter.

Jenner obliged and took a sip of the juice she called "completely disgusting." (What loyalty! Kylie owes her big time.)
