The Bachelor winner Kelsey Anderson has admitted her fiance Joey Graziadei's Dancing with the Stars stint has caused some strain.

Kelsey said she "fully trusts" Joey and is "very secure" in their relationship after getting engaged on The Bachelor's 28th season during a recent appearance on Jason Tartick's "Trading Secrets" podcast.

Kelsey also pointed out how Joey needs to touch his Dancing with the Stars pro partner, Jenna Johnson, in order "to dance and to win" the Season 33 competition.

But although Kelsey has maintained a positive attitude and even defended Joey multiple times throughout his Dancing with the Stars journey, she admitted to Jason that the gossip and criticism occasionally gets to her.

When Jason asked if she's felt "any strain whatsoever," Kelsey shared, "I mean, obviously I'm reading all these comments like, 'Oh my gosh, Kelsey, why is [Jenna] touching him like this?!' And I'm like, 'Am I not seeing something that everyone else is?'"

Kelsey confessed to The Bachelorette 14 alum, "I'm questioning myself."

However, Kelsey explained, "I'm able to bring it up to Joey and he reassures me or talks to me in a way, like, 'Oh, you know... Jenna feels this way,' or, 'We have to do this for this.'"

Joey and Jenna, for example, had to perform a rumba during Dancing with the Stars' October 22 episode.

"That is a more sensual dance or whatever, but it's like, that's the way the dance has to be!" Kelsey insisted. "The choreography has to be [sexy] in a way."

Kelsey therefore said she was "not worried" going into the Dancing with the Stars "Disney Night" performance show as a result.

"He spends four hours practicing every day at this point, but then he spends all of the other 20 hours with me! So it's [balanced] out. It's worked out," Kelsey noted with a laugh.

Kelsey also joked about how Joey and Jenna "look alike" so "it would be weird" if they dated.

Kelsey admitted to Jason that she's come a long way since falling in love with Joey on The Bachelor in terms of dealing with noise and rude comments in her Instagram DMs.

"It was hard in the beginning, and I feel like I've been adjusting to it really well," Kelsey said.

"It's so funny sometimes to see the DMs. I'll look through my requests sometimes and I got one the other day -- it honestly made me laugh out loud."

The Louisiana native and aspiring model continued, "Someone just DMed me, 'I hate you.' And I was like, 'Okay! What?!' It was very to the point and I loved that... And one girl said, 'You're so pretty until you smile with your gums.'"

"It's just crazy to me that people think they need to say those things. You could've just kept that in your head!" she noted.

But Kelsey said once a person finds fame and success in life, negativity typically comes with the territory.

"I think with anything, people are going to hate on you. I think that just shows that you're making [something of yourself]. In my mind, I'm happy," Kelsey concluded.

A TikTok user recently weighed in on Kelsey's reaction to Joey and Jenna's Viennese waltz on "Dedication Night" last week.

The TikTok user speculated in a video, "Something was off there with Joey and Kelsey."

Kelsey took to TikTok and addressed that woman's video, sharing, "Sometimes it stinks whenever people want to pick [my relationship] apart, but I'm thankful for all the great things that it's brought me like Joey and the amazing opportunities that we've been able to share together."

Kelsey continued to shut down rumors that her romance with The Bachelor 28 star is on the rocks.

"People like to assume things and sometimes it's hard for me not to say something back," she admitted.

"I feel the need to say something back, and so I'm going to, because I feel like it's going to make me feel better."

Kelsey explained that "Dedication Night" on Dancing with the Stars tugged at her heartstrings because a couple of the celebrities honored their mothers.

Kelsey had previously shared on The Bachelor's 28th season that her mother, Denise Anderson, died in 2018.

"So it was a hard night for me seeing how I lost my mom six years ago to breast cancer," Kelsey said, getting choked up.

"I really resonated with a lot of these stories of having amazing moms and all of these things. It struck a nerve for me. So I was a little emotional."

Kelsey therefore conceded that the TikTok user who had criticized her was "right" in thinking "something's not right" after all.

"I was missing my mom a little extra," Kelsey confessed.

"And Joey's dance was so beautiful. It meant a lot to me and it did make me emotional, because he dedicated it to me, so I wasn't grinning ear to ear."

Kelsey also admitted that she got anxiety -- and even "a little lightheaded" -- every time Joey was about to take the stage on Dancing with the Stars.

"Whenever the [Dancing with the Stars camera] got me, I was smiling with my mouth closed, but I was still so proud of him. I just was in my feelings a little bit with how special it was and also missing my mom," Kelsey said.

Kelsey concluded her video by suggesting, "Maybe we should just focus more on positives and not always assume the worst of things. So yeah, that's all."

Kelsey also previously made it known that she's not jealous of his partnership with Jenna, nor is she worried about Joey and his pro partner's chemistry or onstage flirtation.
