Keeping Up with the Kardashians released a long preview clip for the E! series' upcoming eleventh season, and Scott Disick is shown breaking down to Kourtney Kardashian and her family.

Disick, the father of Kourtney's three young children, was crying as he spoke to the women who have been in his life for about a decade.
"It breaks my heart to see her in pain," Kris told Disick.
"It's been a really hard time going from, like, having all of you guys to having nobody," Disick confessed.
Kourtney then acknowledged Disick's drinking problem, which contributes to his poor choices and desire to constantly party. Disick even entered rehab earlier this year for a short time.
"I f-cked up," Disick, 32, said. "I made the worst decision I could have ever made in my life."
The preview also featured a family dinner where both Kris and Caitlyn Jenner were present, Khloe showing off her fit body for a Complex cover shoot, Kylie Jenner inviting her boyfriend Tyga on a family vacation -- which was an unpopular decision -- and a pregnant Kim discovers a health issue while at a doctor appointment.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians' eleventh season is set to premiere November 15 at 9PM ET/PT on E!.
