Kanye West has been released from the hospital, but continues to undergo outpatient care for undisclosed mental health issues.

People magazine said West is not currently living with his wife, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kim Kardashian West, and their two children -- North, 3, and Saint, 11 months.

West began treatment at UCLA's Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital in late November after several on-stage rants and his abrupt cancellation of his concert tour.

"He is receiving outpatient care somewhere else with a medical team," a source told People magazine about where he is now.

"Kim still seems concerned, but is supportive. They don't know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care."

TMZ said West has long suffered from psychological issues controllable by medication, but he for some reason deviated from the prescribed dosage, sparking his erratic behavior.

Doctors were able to stabilize him while he was hospitalized, but since he has been discharged, he is once again responsible for taking the proper amounts of his medications.
