The 2015 Grammy Awards was some serious Kanye West deja vu.

West reprised his infamous stunt Sunday night in which he pretended to take Beck's Grammy award for Album of the Year, echoing how he had yelled in the middle of Taylor Swift's speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards that Beyonce should've won Female Video of the Year, Fox News reported.

Sunday night's broadcast didn't come without surprises, as Beck's win at the Staples Center in Los Angeles shocked the crowd. His "Morning Phase" album, which also received the honor of Best Rock Album, beat out Beyonce and the night's top winner Sam Smith.

While it was apparent even Beck was taken aback by his victory, West popped up on the stage and moved toward the artist as if he was going to steal his trophy. However, West reportedly didn't follow through with his prank, and instead, he just walked away and jumped off the stage.

West's move caused Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z to crack up in the audience.

However, West really was fired up about Beck's Album of the Year award even though he opted out of making a scene at the 57th Grammy Awards.

During an aftershow appearance on E!, West, the husband of Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian, ranted about how Beyonce's self-titled album should've taken the cake, according to Fox News.

"I just know that the Grammys, if they want real artists to keep coming back, they need to stop playing with us. We ain't gonna play with them no more. And Beck needs to respect artistry and he should've given his award to Beyonce," West explained.

"Because when you keep on diminishing art and not respecting the craft and smacking people in their face after they deliver monumental feats of music, you're disrespectful to inspiration. And we as musicians have to inspire people who go to work every day, and they listen to that Beyonce album and they feel like it takes them to another place."

Back in 2009, Swift won Female Video of the Year for her "You Belong with Me" song. Beyonce's "Single Ladies" track was defeated, and West clearly wasn't okay with that. As a result, the rapper interrupted Swift's speech, left the young singer with a confused look on her face and pissed a lot of viewers off.

"Yo, Taylor, I'm really happy for you, I'ma let you finish," West reportedly said after taking her microphone live at Radio City Music Hall, "but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time! One of the best videos of all time!"
