Joy Anna Duggar is "excited" to have kids following her wedding last week.

The 19-year-old reality star shared her hopes for a family in an interview with People after marrying Austin Forsyth.

"We love kids and we're excited to have a family," Joy told the magazine. "We're just going to see what the Lord does."

"We want as many as the Lord thinks we can handle and we are putting it into his hands," she added.

Joy, the ninth of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's 19 children, tied the knot with Austin on Friday, May 26. The couple, who met in church, had announced their courtship in March.

"What an absolutely wonderful day our family will always treasure," Jim Bob and Michelle said on their website.

"As parents, we could not be more grateful for the godly woman Joy has become, and the loving husband she married!"

Austin shared a photo Sunday on Instagram of himself and Joy at the altar.

Joy's brother Joseph Duggar proposed and got engaged to Kendra Caldwell during Joy and Austin's wedding.

The Duggar family came to fame on the TLC series "19 Kids & Counting," and presently star on "Counting On."
