Joey, who won Dancing with the Stars' 33rd season with pro partner Jenna Johnson, apparently believes Kelsey would make great television if she followed in his footsteps and joined the ABC reality dancing competition.
"If Dancing with the Stars wants Kelsey on that show, I guarantee they're going to get some good stuff," Joey told Us Weekly.
"I don't know how good the dancing's going to be. I know the quality of what they're going to see on camera is going to be amazing."
Joey said he'd especially love for Kelsey to compete because of how much he enjoyed his own Dancing with the Stars experience.
"I would just love to see her go through it, because like I said, it was amazing for me," Joey shared. "I think she would be great at it."
But Kelsey isn't the only Bachelor Nation alum Joey thinks belongs in the ballroom.
Joey also nominated Andrew, who competed for Katie Thurston's heart on The Bachelorette's seventeenth season before later appearing on Bachelor in Paradise's tenth season.
"I'm going to throw a little deep cut one here [for my nomination] because he's got some moves. My boy Andrew Spencer would be incredible on the show," Joey said.
"I've seen him out a few times, break it down a little bit. He's a better dancer than I am. So I think he would do really well and I would love to see that."

Joey also made it clear that he'd jump at the opportunity to return to Dancing with the Stars himself in any capacity.
"If that show calls me back, I'm there. I'd love to always participate and be there," Joey gushed.
"It's done so much for me, and I really love seeing other people get to experience what I had such a great time doing."
Joey added that he'd be happy to help future contestants enjoy the experience as much as he did.
"So any time I can be a part of that show and help other people and enhance their experience, I'd love to do that for them because it really is the best thing ever," Joey said.
Joey competed on Dancing with the Stars shortly after starring on The Bachelor's 28th season, which ended with him proposing marriage to Kelsey during the Final Rose Ceremony.
Joey and Jenna went on to win Dancing with the Stars' Season 33 finale in November 2024, defeating runner-up couple Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten.
The victory made Joey the first male The Bachelor star to win Dancing with the Stars.
