"Welcome sweet Annie," Jillian captioned a sweet photo of her newborn baby. "@justinpasutto best date night ever... a little golf, a little party in the delivery room, a little push, and a new little one to love!"

Jillian also revealed in an Instagram Story that the couple named their little bundle of joy after her grandmother.

Jillian announced she was pregnant in April, and then one month later, she disclosed a baby girl was on the way, which she had been hoping.

"Every woman dreams of having a baby daughter to dress in cute clothes and put little pink bows in their hair," Jillian told Us Weekly in April. "But we'll be excited no matter what."

Jillian and Justin are also parents of two-year-old son Leo, whom they welcomed in August 2016.

Leo was born four months before Jillian and Justin got engaged over the Christmas holiday that year.

Jillian found fame when she competed for Jason Mesnick's heart on The Bachelor's thirteenth season, which aired in early 2009 on ABC. She ended up finishing in third place.

She then went on to star as the Bachelorette. At the end of Season 5, Jillian selected Ed Swiderski and the pair got engaged; however, they split in 2010.

Jillian currently stars on Love It or List It Vancouver.
