Jessica Simpson took to Instagam Sunday to document the baby shower of close friend Kathryn Sykora.

Simpson's posts escalated in steaminess as they night progressed. The first picture shows the singer-turned-designer in the car on her way to the party as she rocks a pair of bold gold earrings and several layers of mascara.

The second image finds Simpson locking legs with a pal on a sofa. She captioned the image, "Force to be loved."

The third and final picture shows Simpson, the friend from the previous photo and another girlfriend about to lock lips with one another. The image was captioned, "Girls night out...with our guys watching.. @odetteannable @stephenieleighpearson ;) yummy."

According to Us Weekly, the event was held at the Churchill restaurant in L.A. Simpson rocked her slim new figure for the event in a leg-baring orange dress.
