Snookin' for Love has apparently hit a snag.

"We met on Facebook over a year ago," Masella told People. "We started talking online again before the show even started airing and started hanging out again."
The couple subsequently began dating "just a few days ago."
"We have a lot in common," he told People. "It's really weird but we do [look alike]. It's cute though!"
Pilozzi said in December that she'd love to star in her own reality dating series, which she dubbed Snookin' for Love, and subsequently stated last month that she "got offers from VH1 and other reality networks."
Even if her new relationship with Masella puts the kibosh on Snookin' for Love, Pilozzi will be back for Jersey Shore's second season -- and she apparently wants her new beau to join her.
"She already told me she wants me to," he told People. "Being away for a month [for filming], that's kind of a long time. I definitely would want to go see her."
While he wouldn't mind being on the show, Masella said he's not a big fan of seeing Pilozzi on it.
"After awhile, it does get annoying, but it's all right... It's kind of expected," he told People.
"Honestly, I think that what they show on the show, that's not really her. She's actually really sweet and down-to-earth but the show makes her look like she's a crazy party girl. It doesn't show her other side."
